I spent way too much time reviewing ice machine options and reading reviews, and I put off buying one for a long time. I got sick of running to the store for bagged ice so I finally purchased this Wizisa machine. I have been using it for 3 months now and have no complaints. It stays clean, puts out loads of ice, and it’s not too loud. The ice production rate is exactly what it claims. I usually run it once or twice a week while I’m in the kitchen. Be aware that, at this price point, you’re not going to find a machine that will STORE ice. It makes the ice, dumps it into the basket, then it’s your responsibility to put the ice into your freezer. Once it gets going and makes a few batches, the ice stays pretty cold in the basket, so you don’t need to dump it every 5 minutes. If you forget about it, the ice melts and goes back into circulation to make more ice. It’s not loud, but you will definitely hear the hum of a machine making ice and the sound of the ice dropping every 5 minutes or so. I’m very happy with this purchase and would buy this as a gift for someone if I knew anyone who needed an ice maker.

Ice maker has been working perfectly for the couple months we’ve had it. Noise from the fan is a little noisy but not unbearable. Just put water and select the size of ice and forget it. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

This product was hands down well worth its money. Be sure to check the size of the machine and how much ice it can actually hold when it’s full. If you’re looking for an ice maker that will make ice, large or small, in a short amount of time as well as not too expensive. This is for you however, if you’re in need of large amounts of ice that is available at any time. This might not be the most wise purchase. This product is great for a smaller family home, maybe a camper and definitely a dorm-like room but I wouldn’t say the same for a larger family home. Only because the ice tray does not hold as much ice for a larger family who would want ice all at once. The machine is super easy to set up and use. It is actually very quiet, the only noise it makes is when the ice falls into the tray but even that isn’t loud. The ice will melt a little bit over time and clump together but so does every other ice machine. If yours is clumping too much and or melting too quickly, it’s probably a default and you can always send it back for a replacement. I inserted a picture of what it looks like when I wake up and the ice machine stops making ice because its full but the some of the ice at the bottom has melted a little bit. I hope this helps anyone looking to buy this product. I love it.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. This is the best Amazon purchase I’ve made. It was very easy to set up, clean and add water. Within a few hours, it was full of cold ice! But BEWARE before buying. This is NOT mean to keep your ice cold. It simply makes the ice, and while it’s melting it filters back into the water part and cycles through so no water gets wasted! The ice does take a while to melt though! It is not loud at all, I can walk out my kitchen and not hear it at all! Absolutely love this product!!

Just love this portable ice maker, since my house refrigerator doesn’t have an ice maker. This machine came with instructions plus this extra reminder to let machine sit for 24hrs once unboxed before using to ensure refrigerant settles correctly before using. Machine is very easy to use, and once it runs out of water it lets you know. Very happy with this machine.
