I was hesitant to buy at first because the price when there are plenty of cheaper alternatives. But I’m a firm believer when I say you pay for what you get. I know there maybe better or more expensive products out there that do the same thing. Out of all the other car mounts I have brought in the past this has got to be one of the best. I like the fact that it holds my iPhone 12 Pro Max with no pressure even over bumps and sharp turns. I know you are able to to extend the arm but I wouldn’t recommend extending it fully it becomes a little flimsy in my opinion for the size and weight of the phone that I have. I promise you won’t be disappointed with this purchase. The only gripe I had was the vent mount just stopped working after doing great for the last 3 days.

I am gifting this to a friend, so I don’t have pictures in their car yet, but I am including the actual product pictures I have now. I am incredibly impressed again with the quality of this Torras product. It is very sturdy, and the suction cup appears to be quite heavy duty. I like the option for the pad to use on textured surfaces. The release button and phone compression arms are not cheap at all, and feel like they could be used over and over without breaking down. I have the older, magnetic Torras phone holder in my car, and it is still doing great. My friend was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this as well. I really like the multiple options for mounting, and also the extension arm. I am very impressed again with Torras for making such a quality and functional product.

I have bought and used many car phone holders and I have managed to find the best car phone holder out there.It has 3 parts, namely, the phone holder, the suction cup with the adjustable telescopic ball arm and air vent clip ball mount (if you do not use the suction cup).It can be mounted on your air vent, windshield and dashboard. It is very user friendly, versatile and has excellent build quality. I particularly like to phone holder as it is adjustable to accommodate the width and height of the phone. With a press of a button, the side clamps are extended and you just have to adjust the clamps to hold the phone securely.

Update: Torras lifetime messaged me through Amazon which I did not see when I ordered this originally trying to help me find the root of my issue to arrive at a solution. The dashboard pad didn’t work on my car because of the material of the dashboard which representative Catherine researched and found out after she asked my make and model. She sent a shipment of another dashboard pad along with a different device that attaches to the air vent which solves my dashboard attachment issue.It has been several months since my purchase but Torras lifetime still did everything posible to help me out when I finally reached out. Thank you so much!The original item only attached to my window and it was hard to find a good placement for it. The way I had it in the picture I would need to be careful when I opened my window, but with the new shipment I was sent with the amazing customer service, I won’t have that problem. It is heavy and causes the air vent to be almost closed from the weight weighing it down, but it stays in a good spot for me to use next to my control panel in the middle!Old review:Dashboard pad doesn’t stick. I was unable to install this on the dashboard at all and had to use the window which sucks because I don’t want to obstruct my view. Also leans when I put in my phone since it’s on the bigger side but this product said it was for big phones with cases and I have a very thin clear caseEdit: got another one and have same problem. Can’t use as shown.

I really enjoy the quick release button that is on the back of the mount holder. It makes it very simple to retrieve my phone from the holder. I no longer drive a vehicle due to being paralyzed, but I do use a lap desk while seated in my wheelchair and decided to place the phone holder on there. Please look at the picture I supplied. I have a Samsung Note 10+ phone and even when my case on the phone and a popsocket on the back of the phone case this car mount still works amazingly. I am not worried about my phone now sliding off the lap desk onto the floor.

I received the phone holder a week ago so installed it according to the instructions. I believe it said to wait a couple of days so the adhesive had time to set. Anyway, I had to travel today and had a chance to use it. I really like all the adjustments that can be made. The extending arm to bring it closer and the swivel to turn more towards the driver or the passenger. Plus being able to turn it so the phone is upright or on it’s side depending on what you prefer. I saw one review that said “Garbage” and how she had to keep adjusting the phone during her travel. My guess is she did not tighten the part that keeps it from turning or tipping. That was the first thing I saw I had to do. After extending the arm you need to tighten that and then right behind the part the phone sits in that needs to be tightened so the phone stays in the position you want. I do have a wallet case and found that because of the design of mine I had to keep the phone in the upright position and sitting on the bottom rest for the side grips to really hold it tight. Other than that I would recommend this phone holder to anyone looking to buy.

Great product overall. It has multiple points of rotation so you can adjust depth and height with ease. Ball and socket rotation allows you to rotate phone towards driver or passenger for ease of visibility and access. Width adjustment allows adjusting from small to big phones. Suction and adhesion works as advertised. I give this product 5 stars. If I had to be nit-picky, I would say because I have such a thick, bulky phone case with a kick stand in the back, my phone protrudes out by literally a 1/5th of an inch. If the lower/bottom portion of the securement device which holds the phone from the bottom, was a 1/4 inch longer, my phone would fit snug and secure. But even as is, my phone is not going anywhere because the materials are of great quality. Although my phone is on the bulkier side this products still holds it secure, even on bumpy terrain. Great buy!

I bought this Car Phone Holder Mount for my Dad who is in a nursing home. The mount suctions to the table near his bed and the arm reaches out towards him so that he can reach the phone as he has very limited mobility. We used the mount with a Jitter bug phone and he started calling my Wife and I regularly which has been great.Thank you TORRAS for making such a great product. I have since been back to the TORRAS Amazon store and purchased two other car mounts for my Wife and I to use in our cars.. With multiple mounting and holding types, TORRAS is the one to get.

I purchased this car phone holder to attach my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra to my dashboard. After I received it, I messaged the customer service to make sure it would work well for my phone with PopSockets® on the back. Melody responded quickly with instructions on how best to use this mount with my phone. She also proactively followed up with me until she knew the mount was working well for me, which was very reassuring. I’ve never had more responsive and proactive customer service than what Melody provided.The Torras phone holder was exactly what I needed. It has been flawlessly holding my large & heavy phone with PopSockets® attached to the back of my Otterbox Symmetry clear case. It has stayed on the dashboard with the phone secure through many drives with no shaking or wobbling. I prefer this holder because the arm holds it close enough to me where I can read it and unlock it with facial recognition. I would not hesitate to buy this.Installation:I am using this in my Toyota Sienna minivan with a slightly textured dashboard. The cleaning of the dashboard was very important to getting the adhesive disc to be secure. If you have had your car for many years, a quick rubbing of the dash using a cloth with alcohol is not good enough. There could be layers of dust and dirt as I found. I had to do a few rounds of alcohol wipes until it was thoroughly clean. Then I stuck on the adhesive disc and left it for about 3 days until I installed the holder with the adhesive suction cup. I’m thinking the reviewers who did this did not work for probably did not clean their dashboard adequately or did not put it on a flat area or did not let the disc stay long enough before attaching the holder.Attaching phone:Press the button on the back to open up the arms and then press them in at the base of the arms (not the edge). With a large thick phone with a thin case and PopSockets® on, the phone sticks a little bit out of the holder arms, but the arms have a strong hold on the phone. If I wanted to, I could twist off my PopTops to set the phone in deeper into the mount, but that has not been necessary and my phone has not fallen out even once.Customer service:I am just so impressed with the customer service of Melody checking in on me and ready to offer alternatives if the holder did not work. She did not stop checking in until she knew I was fully satisfied with how the holder functioned.Highly recommend this company and this holder!

I was so excited for this after hating the one I was using that used an ac vent. However, I could not get it to stick by mere suction or even with the disc. Yes, I read the instructions and followed them.I did not contact customer service. They contacted me after my review and offered a different suction holder mount. I got it the next day. It still did not hold for my dash. Upon looking, my Toyota Tacoma dash is made with lots of little bumps on it. I think that was the problem. When I told them that, they overnighted the one with the triangle vent holder. The triangle holder is just a tad too short but the clip it came with works great.I originally did not want the vent clip because the one I had before – a different brand – was so difficult to get on and it would flop my phone around. This one is super easy to mount and I can even flip the phone hold up when not in use and not block much of my vent.So although not what I originally THOUGHT I wanted, I feel it will be much better than the suction cup one for my vehicle.
