I have ended up appreciating this little scrubber much more than I thought I would.Previously, I was using a combination of scrub brush and plastic scraper (pictured) to remove difficult, baked on residue, etc. The Skoy scrubber sits somewhere in between these categories – it’s got the textile advantages of a scrub-brush/sponge with the ability to use it like a scraper. It can more quickly clean a baking pan or sheet than use of the scraper alone, and it seems impervious to grime. It can reach corners better than a brush, and can be used inside of bottles, glasses, etc. It has not scratched any of the surfaces I have used it on so far (enamel, glass, porcelain, nonstick, stainless).I put the Skoy on the top rack of the dishwasher about once a week to remove any bacteria, but it has not retained smells or odors, unlike a sponge. Just be diligent about washing off food residue after each use. So far this scrubber is holding up great, so I may end up giving the second one to a family member to spread the love. Thanks Skoy!

These work great on everything. I especially love that they are thinner so they dry out and don’t just sit there filled with germs. I’ve used mine on cast iron, pots and pans, glass on plastic. Doesn’t scratch the plastic, but scrubs well enough to clean pans. I was replacing my sponges every 2 weeks because of germs and wear-out of the scrubbing portion. These are my new favorite.

I used one at my daughters home to scrub a ceiling fan in her rented home. It was white but kitchen grease coated it to yellow. The top blades had sticky dust. I tried cleaners. Nothing would touch it. The I tried this and Dawn dish soap. It came so clean and shiny with no harm to finish. The glass lights also shined up. When she came home she thought I had bought a new fan! She also thought the glass was frosted before, nope clear glass. The SKOY also washed out easily while cleaning and when I was done I disinfected it and it looked like brand new. It was 6 months old used daily for dishes! I ordered my set that very evening. I use it for dishes and my all clads and even glasses. No scratches. Cleans even the most cooked on foods! Love it so much.

I got a two pack of these a year and a half ago. As you can see, they were used a LOT. Here’s what remains of the one of them. I use them in my kitchen daily (family of 10, lots of cooking and cleaning pots, pans and dishes). Even now, with a good bit of the scrubbiness (plastic that coats the threads of the pad) worn away, it can still scrub things clean. A year and a half…plus a month or two. That’s how durable they are. I use it on cast iron, non coated pots and pans, it scrubs tea stained mugs well. Love ’em.

I bought a set of these while we were in Maui in Aug of 2018. I am still using the same one – haven’t even used the second one yet! I use it everyday on everything, even my iron skillets. I put it in the dishwasher with each wash too…the colors are not as vibrant, of course, but it still scrubs just as good and it has been almost 2 years, which is amazing. I just bought more to give as gifts.

By far this little scrubber is the best I’ve ever used. Its tight design, unlike nylon ball scrubbers, seems to make removing the greasy crust around a baking or frying pan much easier and faster. I’ve also tested them on wet pet food that dried and stuck to the bottom of the bowl, both hot and cold cereal bowls that are always a pain if not rinsed out immediately, runny egg yellow stuck to the plate like super glue, and all those aggravating little surprises I find in my sink, left by a husband who shall remain nameless. I haven’t had them long enough to know for certain that that design will also make them last longer, but I suspect it will. Therefore, the Skoy Scrub is now my go to scrubber. Also, might I point out that it’s much cheaper than a divorce!

I have now placed a 5th order for these since I constantly am finding different uses for them. They are simply amazing. When I first started using them I would find things to “clean” just to use them haha. Although this won’t apply to everyone, if there are any parrot owners out there you need these ! My daily cleaning time of my African Gray and Moluccan’s cages has litereally been cut by a third because of these amazing wipes and scrubbies. And I am still using the original wipe and scrubbie I first ordered. The scrubbie removes all but the hardest droppings with the first pass, and the “cement” ones only take one or two more passes and they are gone. And there are no sponge/scrubbie pieces here as with the other products I used in the past. After a pass on the grills with the scrubbie, I then use the wipe that both cleans remaining dirty water off and dries at the same time. When I clean the pans I use the same technique and they are spotless (maybe only for 10 mins lol..but clean they are!). I would use a ton of paper towels when cleaning the “old way” trying to clean up the “ick” from the pans after the scrubbing. After cleaning, I rinse well and microwave the wipe to kill any remaining germs. I have had parrots for over 20 years and I have NEVER used any product that was this effective. I can tell you that my cages have never been this clean, and totol cage cleaning is also a breeze now because the wipes literally get it all. I highly recommend this product so much so that I purchased a set for my best friend who also has parrots!

I love these little scrubbies. They safely clean all sorts of baked on gunk without scratching my pots and pans. They last a really long time too. If they get too gross I just toss them in the dishwasher silverware rack and they wash up perfect. I’m on my second set now and I’ll definitely buy more. So far the only reason I’ve needed new ones was because the kitchen set was used in the bathroom or on the floor.

I was a little hesitant to purchase these, because I’m kind of thrifty (cheap), and these are more than I would generally spend on a scrub pad. However, I am super glad that I gave them a shot. These little scrubs are just awesome! I was previously using the typical green scrub pads, but I was tired of the way they break down in such a short time and how they get all gunky with food particles. The Skoy Scrubs have held up beautifully! Food washes right out with the sprayer and it still looks brand new (no staining, wear, or odor) after two month of solid use. We are a family of four, eat three meals a day here at home, and do not have a dishwasher, so these are really put to the test!I also noticed that they clean the hard water rust stains off of my corelle dishes. I previously had to use bartender’s friend and wear through an entire green scrub pad to do the same job as just the Skoy and a bit of dish soap. I’m super impressed! I also keep one in the bathtub to clean those pesky water rings. If they ever actually break down, I will definitely be back for more!

    The Nerdy Duo

My MIL got me one of these from somewhere for Christmas last year, and I loved it so much I had to order four more. This pad makes short work of every stubborn burnt on thing I’ve had to scrub out of a pan in more than 6 months, and I finally feel like I won’t need to buy a new box of brillo to keep stashed under the sink for the tough stuff.Maybe a fresh Brillo is a bit better on the scrub, but if you use some tea/coffee temperature water and let it stand you probably won’t notice. What you will notice is that this won’t be a rusty pile fusing to your sink a few days later. The worst this does is pick up that gross mildew sponge smell, and with a quick toss in the washer, you’ll find your Skoy pad is as good as new. The only reason I have one that’s not perfectly bright is because I was stupid and left it in a soaking chilli pot, so now it’s a little orange-tinted. That’ll happen with plastics, fat, and tomatoes, and it’s not like I’m leaving orange streaks on everything I wash. This is the happiest I’ve ever been with a cleaning supply.
