I received the dash kit in just a couple days. Upon opening the kit today, Saturday, I noticed one of the plastic tabs was broken. The kit looks like it will fit my dash great, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t get to work right away, and I was concerned there would be a hassle exchanging the damaged item. I am glad to tell you, when I called Pacific Stereo and explained the situation, they agreed to ship out a replacement today. As a matter of fact, since Priority Mail does not pick up on Saturday’s, Pacific Stereo agreed to pack the replacement and take it to the P.O. for shipping!I eagerly await the replacement so I can review the item as well as the great customer service.Thanks, Bob

I purchased the Scosche kit after great recommendations from forums. I has another kit (metra) that was difficult to handle during installation, did not line up right and caused my dash to bulge out on the top right side. This kit fits great and looks great. I painted it to match my tray and it looks like it belongs in the RL. I would recommend this to anyone.

I was hesitant to purchase this given the multiple reviews about the quality being poor. This fit in my Honda Ridgeline perfectly, and is a much better looking alternative than the grey kit that is easier to find. I have no issues with this products durability and glad I bought but.
