Before I purchased this set, I only had 1 other RT brush. (eye) Been using it more often, so did some research to see what other brushes I’d like to update. I like this as it gives you a nice variation of different brushes, plus the bonus sponges. I did purchase while it was on a lighting deal, but still a exceptional value for a quality product that beats many higher end makeup brushes! They are my new go-to’s! As the saying goes, just buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

I had always thought getting cheap makeup brushes was almost exactly the same as expensive brushes, thus all my makeup brushes were taken from cheap third-party sellers on Ali express/ Amazon. This time, I saw a video of the Real Techniques brushes (which were the same price as cheap make-up brushes), BUT give such a better quality to my face. I am using the exact same products, but this time it blends so much better and doesn’t leave a mess. I recommend this or any real techniques brushes– so light and blend well!

Not sure what happened with my order but I purchased the set with the extra sponge. At the time, the set was on backorder so I had to wait a few extra days before it shipped. I actually ended up receiving it a week ahead of the projected timeframe. I was surprised when I opened it to find that the extra sponge was in a separate packaging than the standard kit. There was also an additional eyeshadow brush. At first I was kind of weary about this but all products were new and packaged appropriately! I am super happy with my purchase. I assume I received an extra brush due to shipping delays or because the kit with the additional sponge was not in stock so they just threw an extra one in there? Either way, I’m not complaining and would purchase again!I’m new to RT but I can say the quality of these are no joke. Super soft brushes, firm sponge and I think I prefer it over my name brand Beauty Blender.

This set was on a list of top ten brush sets. The price was amazing and I use each piece constantly. This is a great set for beginners too since its amazing quality selection and price point. I love it and I have $100s of dollars in brushes and this is often my go to.

These brushes definitely are a steal for your everyday makeup. I have tried out other RT brushes and fell in love with the quality of them, so adding these to the collection were a must! I have washed them often and can’t complain at all of bristles falling off. I have owned more expensive brushes and they tend to drop bristles fairly quickly. I’m in no way a makeup artist but do wear makeup frequently and put these bad boys to use so I can attest that they are durable. If you want some good brushes and don’t want to break the bank do yourself a favor and get this or any other Real Techniques set!!

Cannot recommend enough. High quality and for the money cannot be beat. Brushes are excellent, no shedding, wash up great, and the sponge(s) do the job very well. You will LOVE the powder brush! So far the best I’ve ever used (sorry expensive brands, they’ve got you beat). This is a great brand. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

Soft and pretty dense. Affordable set that really does a nice job. The sponges are great the angle reaches those hard to get spots like corners of eyes. The flatter part helps you stipple out your liquid make up and blend in those lovely colors.

I’m a bit of a makeup snob, but Real Techniques is a budget brand that has excellent products. These brushes are *really* great especially; for the price. Super soft, wash well and give great makeup application. RT sponges are also the best, I prefer them to even the higher end (way more expensive) brands. This set is great for a beginner in need of some basic brushes, or a seasoned pro wanting to try something new.

This real techniques brush set serves my purposes. I threw the set in a big plastic cup and I keep reaching for those instead of my other make up brushes when I’m in a rush. They have been washed several times and holding up beautifully
