We rescued what we thought was a black, pregnant cat. Turns out, that HE is a neutered male cat with stomach issues. We originally thought that being pregnant, the cat was becoming grain sensitive or one of the many other reasons we read about online. Until we brought HIM to the vet to find out that we are dumb. (Hey, I wasn’t going to spend a bunch of time looking at the cats rear end and he wasn’t pleased with that idea either) Anyhoo, that being said, he would still throw up pretty much every food we tried with him until someone suggested trying this. This works great for him, he isn’t throwing up, and he seems to like this food. So happy ending! My carpet, on the other hand did not have the same happy ending…:-(

Our cat with pancreatitis has seen significant health improvements since starting this food. Since we can’t easily separate our cats at feeding time, all three get the same food – and they all really like the flavor. Rarely if ever is there a morsel left at the end of the day, and I haven’t been able to get anywhere near those kind of results or feline cooperation with either prescription foods or other over the counter products. This food, while not exactly filled with high end ingredients, gets the job done of reducing wear and tear on cats’ digestive systems, at a very fair price. You can spend triple the amount on another food and not get better results. I’m a fan. I think Purina broke the code long ago on the flavors, textures, and shapes that cats find appetizing, and no other company has quite nailed it like Purina has.

🐈GOOD FOOD APPEALS TO MANY GOOD PRICE🐈… Need to mix with cat chow gentle ( lavender coloured bag)..Both foods are easyOn bellies but i initially thought they were kinda interchangeablebut when it seemed not..I looked at fiber content.. Gentle is higher..We have one cat that could use just that,( But too much for sis)And 1 that could use just this..( but not enough fiber for sis)And one whos in between …So we mix these togetherAnd that takes care of most.. We have one girl who also needs 18 tsp miralax 4 timesA week .. Her sis 164 ( yes thats right.. Norpro makes tiny spoon set 5 bux).. The other none..The sisters also get a vetasyl cap 1-whole 1-half 3 times weekWe mix them into bisque lickable packets w hot water to make a soup.. BcNone of that works without extra water! If your cat is throwing up.. Pay attention to the poop.. Should be regular and goodTexture.. Constipated cats throw up.. So its something to consider..Also some have cat ibd.. One of ours does and threw up often..she is doingWell with this and inexpensive steroid 1 pill on fri.. A half monIts $1.50 a week.. This an immune cond that flares so she will be on theseThe rest of her life.. It is steroid so we use the lowest dose that gets her 90%Good and shes been doing well 2 yrs..And thankfully i can tunnel out a jumbo temptation, put it in and use pill paste ( one wJackson galaxy on it) to cover hole.. She just eats it willingly!Ive had many many many cats and USED to think they just throw up.. Well sometimesA hairball here or there or ate a bug.. But ive learned that if you pay attention..There IS something else going on!.. Might just be sensitive to the food.. Might beSomething else..MOST common is a constipated cat.. They are great at hiding it.. And it canBecome costly and life threatening if really backed up besides just beingUncomfortable.. Our 1 girl, i thought had joint issues.. Nope.. Just backed up..Fixed that and she was runnin round again.. Now i was lucky that ibd girls vet said lets tryThis vs biopsy etc.. The thought was if it works then thats her issue ( i did though ask forAn xray and it confirmed it ..poor thing had 8 lil inflammatory gassy pockets)Her brother threw up often and it turned out to be acids from kidney failure( Very common and 14 pepcid ( reg 10 mg famatodine only) helped tremendously..First as needed then daily at end.. His ibd sis gets this on occasion too!If you can swing it.. Get a blink cam..bout 100 bux.. It was how we solved multipleCat mysteries and saved us a tin of $$$ in avoided vet bills and a whole lottaConfusion and frustration..What we did is mount it near box on a micro usb cord so didntHafta do batteries.. Used xmas lights so there was always good lightIn there.. Then we switched off blue rec light ..its a tiny switch insideAnd in the app we turned off infrared setting ( this is why you need to be sureTheres good light from xmas lights) ..We did that bc it will click and a red light comes on in infrared nightMode and we didnt wanna startle them.. It was through this and my otherCams that i realized the Big girl is a twice a day pooper and if she cant do thatThen she throws up.. Id see her throw up.. ( often after guzzling water)… Then poop within 20 min then be fine.. Unless she still couldnt go…then shed realllyGet sick and weird… Weve found most of em go bout once a day.. Smtimes slightly more or lessBut we take note of good quality ( plenty of pics online of what is good and whatIsnt)We also use 3 or 4 hairball tempt treats 3 x week ( not mira days) for one withBiggest problem… These have fiber and oil in them ..Ok so i know thats a lot but i work with a girl whos ended upIn the cat er and spent $$$$$ thinking its a blockage ( which ISpossible) only to find out the cat was constipated and needed an enema whichIm sure wasnt fun for anyone involved!!And until we got our cams, we were losin our minds with 5 aging kittiesWith diff health issues so i hope our insanity can help someone else🐈get this food🐈mix with gentle🐈get cameras!!!🐈keep pepcid, miralax, pill paste, jumbo temptationsHairball temptations and bisque packets on hand or as weCall it ” aging cat kit”🐈Check with your vet before using any meds..And intro fiber and mira slowly too much too soonIsnt good… Go slow🐈And pay attention.. constipation is quite treatable butCan become dangerous if ignored..Ibd is serious but treatable..Kidney failure can be managed with kidney food ( if theyll eat it)And pepcidI hope this helps someone out there!🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈

A couple years ago, my cat started overgrooming himself and scratching himself constantly. It got to the point where he was practically hairless on his belly, and he had bald patches on his back legs. The vet said he might have food sensitivities, and, rather than trying the expensive prescription food, I decided to try Purina ONE Sensitive Systems, as it’s much cheaper. It wasn’t a quick fix, but within three or four months, his fur was growing back. Two years later, he’s happy and healthy with a full coat of fur. I’d definitely recommend trying this if your cat is having any skin issues!

My cat has had digestive issues her whole eight years. If she ate too much she would throw up. If she went too many hours without eating then she would throw up when she did finally eat. I had to clean throw up like twice a day. Every. Day. Then I bought this food…. if only I had tried it sooner… better late than never… she can eat to her hearts content and I don’t have to clean up any more puke. Thank you Purina! This is a good one!!!

I have a tiny delicate Siamese cat, he had an eye infection and respiratory infection when adopted and the first time I put flea drops on him if burnt the hair off where it touched. Basically in every way a sensitive cat including digestion. He’s been so much better since switching to this food. My grocery store is frequently out of it though and so ordering online is super convenient, thanks

I have 2 long-haired cats that seemed to have dry skin. They were constantly itching (no fleas), and one was even pulling out her fur to the point where she had bald spots! I tried this food and my cats are much happier. They have stopped itching so much, and their fur has grown back and I don’t think the one that was pulling her fur out has ever been so fluffy. It’s like her fur grew even longer. Definitely recommend if you have cats with skin problems.

I have 3 cats. One cat was vomiting frequently and his belly and hind legs was missing fur. The other cat had a chronic rash with fur missing in areas around her neck. The third cat would vomit approximately 4 times a month. And all of them had really gross smelling stool. Since I have switched to Purina ONE Sensitive Systems Adult Dry Cat Food the 1st cat mentioned vomits like once a month. The other two cat NEVER vomit. And none of them are missing fur. My cats look and act healthy now. I’ve also noticed a major change in their activity levels. They dont lay around like they use to. This food has been a life send. I know its a little more expensive but it a quality of life issue for my cats and its worth every penny.

I did a review of this on my blog and two of my five cats loved this food so I bought more. Now all five of them are eating it. My one cat has a very sensitive tummy- I have to be careful of what I feed him or it returns. Usually in my shoe. He has not given me this food back once for which I am very grateful

I switched to Purina ONE Sensitive Systems Adult cat food years ago just to try it out. My cat at the time had been on an expensive and very restricted prescription diet for years due to her sensitive tummy, apparent eating disorder and extreme weight gain. On that ‘expensive RX’ food she never seemed to lose weight, was lethargic and hungry all the time, yet deprived of food. After I tried her on this Purina ONE Sensitive Systems food things really changed for her. She was able to eat more and had absolutely ‘no’ tummy issues at all. She began losing weight and was so much more active and happy. This food made all the difference in the world with her. I highly recommend it to anyone that has a kitty with tummy / potty issues. Also, her fur was shiny and healthy and she didn’t have as much itching. All in all a great food!
