I highly recommend this SIM. I activated it in Milan, Italy. Use the link they provide. It just took a couple of minutes. Make sure you have the SIM security code which is on the card. Do not throw away the card, even after SIM installation. I had to re-entered the SIM code if my phone was rebooted (in cases where complete loss of battery power). I used both voice and data. Worked flawlessly for one week in Italy and 2 weeks in many cities in Spain. It also worked in Frankfurt, Germany on my way back. Best of all, I used it as hot spot for 4 other phones. I couldn’t how much data I had left since it was in Spanish, but it lasted me for my entire length of 3 weeks stay in Europe. Simply excellent.

Funciona excelente siempre y cuendo atines en instlarla como se debe. Yo la use durante 20 dias en España y la calidad de internet y telefonia para llamar a España y a Mexico fue muy buena. Tuve que ponerle saldo ya que las llamadas las cobran en 0.30 Euros mas 1 centavo el minuto. Hice pruebas de velocidad de internet y muy superiores en velocidad y conectividad a la ofrecida por WiFi de los lugares que estuve. Yo la active desde Mexico Despues de recibir mi correo de que ya estaba activa, y teniendo precaucion de desactivar el Roaming para que no se consumieran mi saldo aqui en Mexico. Como quiera lo mas recomendabe es instalarla llegando a España. Un amigo no le funciono en Italia porque no activo el Roaming. Es dificil ponerle saldo ya que en la pagina no aceptan tarjetas que no sean de España. se requiere ponerle saldo mediante otra compañia de topup o fisicamente en efvo con un distribuidor Orange en España. Si viajas a otros paises de Europa requiere que actives el Roaming tanto de tu celular como del contrato. Yo ya habia usado Orange de españa en todo Europa y estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados. Voy a tratar de mantener activa la SIM depositando saldo cada 6 meses para no perder el contrato.

I was a bit leery after reading other reviews, but this worked perfectly on our recent trip to spain. be sure to bring the little SIM card envelope with you, not just the card itself–you may need the SIM pin, (I did) and it’s conveniently printed on the envelope.I filled out the activation info a couple days before the trip and booted the phone up in the Madrid airport–worked great once I included the SIM pin–had a brief moment of panic before I realized it was printed on the envelope. we used the phone extensively for GPS as we drove around the Canary Islands and everything worked great. made a few phone calls back to the US as well, cheaper and better than paying ATT for a day pass.I did get texts every couple of days asking for my passport information, and as the seller suggested, I ignored them.

I was a little apprehensive with this purchase but the SIMs we got worked with no issues.Note that the online activation did not work for us, and had to email them for the manual activation and provided our passport info. We did get an email response regarding our request, but did not get any further email/confirmation that the SIMs were activated. I just popped them in before we landed in Spain and they worked properly.They tell you to ignore the text messages state you need to provide/submit your passport info, but those got annoying after a while. I probably got those messages every other day.Overall, a great alternative and good value if you want to have a working phone as soon as you land in Spain.

We traveled from the US to Greece, activated it there! Set to allow roaming. Then went on a cruise and used in the Greek islands. My spouse had access with hotspot! Worked great! We traveled to several areas of Spain and continued using for a total of four weeks, and worked in Amsterdam as we connected there before flying home! Used close to 30gb. Will definitely purchase again!

This SIM is working great in Spain on my Apple SE 2020 from Verizon. I activated on their website two days before arrival as they instructed and as soon as I put the Sim card in in Spain everything worked. I’m getting 4G coverage everywhere I go. And I had no trouble calling back to the US.The only surprise was that there appears to be a Spanish government requirement that you supply your passport information right after installing the SIM. This is even though I gave them my passport information when I activated the card prior to arrival. I decided to ignore the text telling me I had to send them the passport information and they just sent it he request to me again the next day so I figured I better do it. It’s submitted over a Spanish language website but with Google translate I was able to figure out how to do it. They also asked for a bank statement or a receipt or something like that but once again with Google translate I discovered there is an option to skip that step which I did. Today I got another reminder to upload my ID which I guess I’ll ignore. I’m very happy with this product.
