I love this cable. It’s great quality and easy to work with. The only downside is GearIT doesn’t come in smaller spools. I came up about 10 feet short and GearIT only offers 100, 200, and higher spools. Ordered 50ft from another company and the difference in quality is drastic! I wish I had the option to buy GearIT cable in 25ft or 50ft spools. I would be much happier today if that was the case.

Good OFC speaker wire, I like the fact they’re marked at every feet of length and they have a floss inside to help making the cut easier but not too happy with the jacket that keeps them protected, it too loose and there’s no way to have a neat visible installation, the wire is never flat no matter how hard you try to straighten it.

This is OFC wire, meaning pure copper (Oxygen-Free Copper) instead of copper-plated aluminum (CCA, or Copper Clad Aluminum). This is a great price for 12 gauge OFC wire, and it is exactly as advertised. Works great.I used this with Banana Plugs (Monoprice 109436; also a great value) and it worked just perfectly; secure without being impossible to install.I am giving 5 starts for maneuverability, but bear in mind that this is 12 AWG wire which means it will have plenty of stiffness to it. Still, it’s not nearly as bad as working with 10 AWG or 8 AWG wire and most people won’t have any issues.

But it all came together great. The amp powers my 4 kickers perfectly. I did have a small problem with the amp with the remote relay cutting the power off the amp when the radio turned off. The radio still has a small voltage of 5v on the remote wire when in off mode. This 5v was still enough to not let this amp shut off, but the subwoofer amp that was in parallel using a fused distribution block did not have same problem. I overcame this problem using a simple 12v dc ice cube relay block… it dropped all my voltage at both amps when radio was off.I’m very happy with my Rockville products and the sound quality is amazing. Perfect for my 18′ boat. Had to buy a new Optima 750cca battery though to replace older battery.. that cost more than my system. Still being on the lake today with that big smile on my face made up for all the hard work and money!
