So far so good. This is much quieter than the NuAir machine and has yet to freeze up since we received it a month ago. The ice is good and I like the UV and light features. The only con is the height of the machine because it will not fit under my cabinets but that was on me for not checking the measurements. I can say if you like the “good ice” it’s worth the purchase.

Bought this for my mother because she is addicted to Sonic’s nugget ice. She absolutely loves it!! It’s a tad bit smaller than the GE brand, but makes the great same ice. You can look at the smaller size as a good thing, because it takes up less kitchen counter space. All in all, I give it 5 stars. I should have bought it for her sooner!!!

If you love chewable ice than this is perfect. It makes small chewable nugget ice. A glass worth in about 10 min or less. It is a little tall compared to some other units but a third of the cost to other nugget ice makers. The ice still lasts a long time in drinks and freezes just fine. I recommend “shaking” the bag a few times as it freezes to avoid clumps. Otherwise it breaks apart just fine.

Makes usable ice very quickly. The only possible improvement would be an optional water supply connection. Make sure you are prepared to bag the ice to keep it producing.

This product works great. Makes lots of ice as long as you fill with water. Easy to operate. Needs a shallow pan or mat beneath for the occasional drip or errant Ice nugget, but a great product all around.

I got this on February 12 didn’t get it out of the box almost a week later. We were drywalling …I love the ice. Until last 2 weeks it was making a moaning sound then started leaking. I did all the checks everything I could do. I had to unplug it to stop it from running down my counter…I called Amazon they told me I need to call the company and if I didn’t get anywhere she said she call me on May 2nd. Well I called the company about totally of 1.5 hours between being on hold and passed back and forth to different costumers service people. They finally sent me an email to get it fixed. Had to take pics and video which I couldn’t do because I unplugged it. I haven’t heard back from the company nor Amazon….I am super disappointed 😕

This machine was easy to set up and get going. The noise is minimal although you do know it’s there working. There is no flavor to the ice but that could be different depending on your water source. We love the size of the ice and the convenience of easily getting a scoop whenever we need it. Also since the machine re-freezes any ice that melts there’s little waste. We have ours on the countertop in a corner and it is not in the way.
