I have been using this for the last month or so and have been very happy with this tripod. It has proven nice and sturdy with my Sony a6000 even with my larger telephoto lens mounted on it. It goes down to a nice compact size that carries pretty well on my camera bag, while also going to a pretty tall height. The center hook on the bottom for stabilization works out quite well on it and I haven’t had any issues with the strength of the hook. The addition of the monopod is much appreciated and I also haven’t noticed any issues with the way it’s integrated into the tripod. I’m definitely glad to have it after going to some events with only a tripod and having to deal with the moving crowds while also trying to get a proper angle for the shot. No complaints so far with this tripod, definitely glad I got this one, and I have recommended it to some of my friends who were looking for an improved setup for their cameras, and I will absolutely continue to do so.If you’re looking for a well-priced, well-built, reliable, and sturdy tripod, then this is absolutely the way to go.

I went to Amazon to check out all the lightweight tripods in person after doing a lot of online research. When I saw this VICTIV travel tripod on sale, I went for it. I tested it and found it meets most needs. This tripod and head has the best weight, price and feature combination. Tripod very light, good to travel, which makes it easy to take on a hike or traveling in general. Its very easy to unfold. Well designed to also convert to monopod. I carry it along with a mirrorless camera and uv filters. The flip locks are as easy to open/close, and I like it a lot and can see myself using a lot going forward. I was confused about the operation of detachable head before and emailed them. Not only do I give 5 stars to this tripod now, but to the manufacturer as well for their customer service and speed of resolution.Definitely a great purchase. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase for amateur photography.

The first thing I noticed about the Victiv T72 after using it, is the sturdy construction. I currently shoot with a Cannon 70D and do use a lot of telephoto lenses. I wasn’t sure if this was something I would use with those lenses when I ordered it but the construction was definitely solid. I can’t believe the price point under $50 when I purchased it in August 2019. The second thing that I have to point out is how smoothly it 360 pans, perfect for smooth 360 video. Another great feature is that there is no interference with the battery compartment. I was able change batteries without having to even unmount the camera. While filming at the beach I got strong appreciation for the handle, it was perfect for me to lift the tripod away from the incoming surf…THIS TOTALLY ROCKS!!! Regarding the monopod feature, AMAZING!, it quickly convert from the tripod to the monopod in just a few seconds. I’ve used it with a variety of different types of video and photography equipment and couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend the Victiv T72 to anyone considering a 2 in 1 system. It fits perfectly on the side of my camera backpack and it definitely cuts down on the things you have to remember to bring and then have to carry.

Love this tripod, it is so versatile. I can set up my Cannon DSLR and my SONY Handycam on it at the same time and still have the hook for weight attached. Plus the height of it is great, being that my wife and I are both short, the ability to rise above those standing in front of us at events is a huge plus. Another thing I love is that it is smooth when panning and the mount is firm. My old tripod has a wobbly mount that I did not care for, on windy days when filming with my handycam the wind would catch the veiw screen and my videos would come out a bit shaky. This one is very firm and I can now shoot with either camera and have no worries of shake. Great tripod at a great price.

Wow! From the minute I opened this tripod/monopod, I was very impressed. This a heavy duty, well built tripod. It is much taller than any tripod I have owned in the past. The rubber feet swivel to get a nice level and secure foot hold. I comes with a decent case, and a nice built in handle should you want to carry without the case. It does great holding my Cannon DSLR camera with all my lenses. It has a very nice anodized aluminum finish. There is a built in level to help make sure you camera won’t fall over. The monopod pole is stored inside the tripod. It is very easy to remove. The monopod also has several heights available. I am very impressed with the quality of construction. As a bonus it has an attachment to hold most cell phones in place of a camera. I would fill silly using it to hold a phone, it is way to robust to not fill silly using it to hold a phone. If your like me and want both a well built tripod and monopod, you can’t go wrong with this one.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great inexpensive Tripod! Finding a good tripod without spending tons of money can be hard to do. This tripod, however, has a great solid feel and with a couple of extra features, I really love.1. It has a handle you can grab on to and use your camera that way (almost like a glidecam..but not obviously). This is an awesome extra feature that I find very useful for when I need a quick shot but don’t want to take the camera off the tripod.2. It doubles as a monopod! Again, awesome feature. If you don’t want to use the monopod no worries, it is just a hidden feature that you can ignore if you have no need. If you do, however, it easily converts without having to remove the camera from the tripod.3. Finally, the build. I know I already mentioned it but the build quality seems great for such an inexpensive tripod!

The media could not be loaded. I am a beginner in the world of photography and had picked up a Fuji X100f which is lots of fun to use. I did notice lots of times I wish I did have a tripod. I came across the Victic T72 and ordered it.Once it arrived I was extremely surprised the build quality, sturdiness and options. The Victiv T72 is extremely light, very sturdy even at max height. It has a built in leveler to verify your on even ground. I really like the fact you can use the quick release button to remove your camera and put it back.I recommend the Victiv T72 Camera Tripod to anyone who has been thinking of getting a tripod. I have included a small video about using the Victiv T72. I hope you find it useful! Any questions you have please post and I will try to answer the best I can. Have a great week!

My husband has a Nikon P900. He works in a ministry and LOVES taking photos of people as well as Creation.A while back, a friend at work borrowed his tripod and accidentally broke it.I finally replaced it for his birthday in November 2020.This tripod is amazing. Super tall so when he is filming or photographing an event he can get above standing people. Very versatile with an attachment for his camera (I actually used it for a FaceTime Bible Study with a friend). The stand drops down low enough to attach the camera (or phone) while sitting atop a desk or table.Above all, my husband is very pleased with this tripod.Photos taken at Arkansas’ Grand Canyon View Cabins.

I love the price, the sturdiness and adjustability of this tripod. I travel a lot and it’s easy to sling it over my shoulder as it’s quite compact. The last tripod I owned dumped my camera on Christmas eve, when one of the legs retracted smashing a $350 lens. The locks are substantial on this tripod and I don’t worry about it collapsing. All the adjustments are easy to make and I love that it has a bubble. Photography is a hobby, so I need equipment that’s reliable, sturdy and relatively inexpensive. I’d buy this tripod again in a heartbeat.
