Recent update: For those who complain about the half bottle you recieve, the bottle should not be filled all the way as it said that there is only 4 oz in each bottle. The bottle is just a lot bigger. Please do not be that GREEDY PERSON to fill up one with another bottle to make it a full bottle and send the empty bottle back. They put 4 oz in, and you get 4 oz even if they put it in a 1L container. This is my second time purchase and I love this shampoo. I bought 3 bottles in total without any sponsor. I bought it with my own money. I just think that they deserve a truthful, honest review. And by the way, my cat is domestic short hair, and it works perfectly. Great smell, dry fast, no mess.Original feedback: This shampoo dries faster than other brands! I don’t have to watch my cat suffer when all her hair is wet for a night! You rub the shampoo in, and leave it for 3 minutes and it is dry like before! Smells great too

Amazingly, my cat, Yack, actually enjoys this waterless cat bath. After it dries and I brush him down, his fur is clean and very soft. At 18 he can’t easily groom his back anymore and had recently developed intensely itchy outbreaks of folliculitis. I chose this product for its safe ingredient list, hoping it would calm his skin and it really has. His itching was immediately better after the first application and has been gone altogether since the second. I’ll be using this weekly on him to keep him clean and comfortable.Thank you Vet’s Best. We are grateful for your waterless cat bath. Your hairball remedy works great too BTW. Will be looking into your other products next.

My cat is terrified of water. He has FIV and so I loathe bathing him, as it stresses him out so much and can exacerbate his illness. Waterless bath makes it easy. The scent is very subtle and pleasant. I actually squirt a little on a pogie pet wipe to then kinda pet the foam into his fur and so it’s very soothing. He doesn’t mind baths now at all and it makes his fur soft and silky. Two things to note:1) My cat does not like the sound of the pumper when I put foam on a pet wipe, which was easily remedied by turning away when I do that, so he doesn’t see. But the crinkling of foam on him didn’t bother him. So if your cat is leery of noises, he/she may have to get used to this.2) When you finish bathing, it does dry fast, which I love. It dries quicker if you comb them while bathing. And comb them when dry. Otherwise, it can make fur stiff. But if you comb it out, the fur is really soff, silky and healthy. Really great alternative to putting them in water with shampoo.

I bought this in combination with some grooming gloves (https://amzn.to/2LQZQZn) for my senior cat. He no longer bathes himself and was getting pretty stinky with lots of matted hair. I was nervous about this product because he hates baths and strong smells. I can say that he absolutely loved his waterless bath + groom last night! I got so much hair and dirt out of him, and he smells so much better now. All his drool-matted fur came clean, and his coat is soft and smooth again. He seems happier, too! Would definitely recommend this product and will use again!

This product is great at helping me keep my long haired persian’s hair smelling and feeling clean without actually having to bathe her multiple times a month. She is a rather messy eater and gets her chest dirty and this waterless foam cleans the mess right up. I have also noticed less shedding since using this product and her hair is so soft and fluffy. The smell is pleasant too. (Picture of Purrsephone and all her glorious floof thanks to the help of this product.)

Okay. My cat, despite getting bathed frequently, still manages to smell like a combination of mouth, belly button lint, and floor. I bathed her with this tonight and she smells like a spring baby. I can’t stop huffing her soft head. I didn’t think it was possible to love her any more, but I’m a changed man. This stuff rocks.

My cats scream and cry if I try to give them a bath, totally unlike the cat I had growing up. I brought them to a groomer once and they came home with fleas. I know that’s just one instance, but they were so grumpy afterwards I decided never again. So their hair gets greasy at least once a month and they get all stinky, decided to try out this stuff. First off it smells excellent. Not like chemicals, but not too floral or anything weird. I put a bit on a brush-glove. They get a little squirmy once they realize it’s wet. But they eventually calm down. They smell great, their coat is shiny, and no skin irritation. 100% worth it. I now have a subscription to get a new one every 4 months.

Our 12 year old cat has a double coat and as he got older he was getting lazier and lazier about grooming. Over time, he started becoming increasingly matted and then also began to develop very bad dandruff which was super apparent as his coat is normally a shiny black. Brushing was a nightmare, especially around the base of his tail, where the majority of the mattes were concentrated. It was also apparent that the skin in the area must have been irritated which combing near to only caused more discomfort. For months, I used one of these comb/cutter devices that actually do a pretty good job of removing a cat’s undercoat. But though I could remove the mattes with this cutting comb, it was only at great discomfort to the cat. I bought a dog matte remover which worked well, but again, not to the cat’s delight! The constant matte removal eventually reached a point where the cat would depart if he saw the matte cutter coming in his general direction, and at times we were forced to use electric hair clippers to get rid of the worst of the mattes -no fun for man or beast! Knowing that bathing the cat would be out of the question, I eventually stumbled upon this product. Upon receiving it from Amazon, we went right at it. The pump produces a foam similar to hair mousse, which does degrade fairly quickly into liquid form. Nonetheless, I pumped the heck out of it right onto the cat’s hind end and used my fingertips to gently massage the affected area. Much to my surprise, the feeling of the wet liquid did not deter the cat from staying put and neither did the (very pleasant) smell. The fur initially dries to be a bit “greasy” feeling vs. wet, but he didn’t mind and sat through the entire application. I was actually shocked to find that within 2-3 days, the dandruff issue appeared to have resolved, and no more mattes were forthcoming. My first application was about 6 months ago, and while a little dandruff returned very recently, the mattes have never returned. I attribute this to the cat not being put off by the smell of his hind quarters – let’s face it, we can all imagine what the undercoat of a matted cat smells like! He took to grooming himself again and I think it was the fact that this product served to get rid of the mattes (and the stink!) and made his coat smooth and supple. I swear from the get-go that he knew we were trying to help him as we applied it and I think in his little feline brain, he then went with it. During the winter here in New England, our condo is very dry with forced hot air heating, which requires a significant amount of humidification to be added to the air daily. The general dryness has added a bit of static electric crackle to his coat (at times) and I think makes his skin (like my own this time of year), feel a little dry. I do plan to re-apply the shampoo this week and hopefully that will keep him as soft and supple as he should be and I know he wants to be. The shampoo has a very pleasant smell and really astonished us in terms of matte eradication.

LOVE that it’s safe, all-natural ingredients because the cat will inevitably lick it off. I squirt a few pumps into my hands and rub all over my cat. She hates the initial cool and wet feeling so she squirms to get away, but this is so easy to use, I can usually get full-body coverage even when she’s walking or running away. It takes less than 5 minutes to apply the product to her fur, which is about all she can tolerate. I love that it’s no-rinse, because she can go hide under the bed or sulk by the window and I don’t have to bother her until she dries – and then she loves to be brushed so it’s like a reward. I have a large cat (2 ft long, 14 lbs) and a bottle lasts 3 baths, which I try to do every 3-4 weeks. I’d buy them in larger sizes if I could find them.

I have a super neurotic cat. Super neurotic. She impulsively cleans all the time nonstop. One application helped for about two weeks. Now it may say waterless, but your cat will be wet and won’t like it. She didn’t like it. It’s also not foamy. You’ll note the cone, I put it on her so the aloe and oils would soak in to her skin and help the itch more than if I let her automatically clean herself. I let her air dry then took the cone off to let her clean. If your cat is itchy, I’d advise the same. Now I just need a bigger bottle!
