This cb is excellent. I drive 18 in oil and gas industry. This cb out performs my co-workers much more expensive cbs. It’s incoming sound is perfect and it has far outgoing reach. It’s prob about 3 miles. Save your money buy this over the double priced ones

I just installed in on my pig TJ…. Going to be running some pretty rough trails in the southwest corner of Utah and norther Arizona. Time will tell folks. Vibration and heat is a big killer of radios in my part of the woods. YMMV

Took a chance and I was pleased….drove 2000 miles talked to truckers avoided speed traps. Got in line with several trucks and hauled ass for 500 miles and made the trip so much fun….great radio when paired with Wilson 1000 antenna. Great transmit and receive…..add a small amp and viola’Also talked skip from Poplar Bluff Missouri to Foothills of South Carolina… barefoot

It’s a CB, it works good, cheaper build as compared to years ago, but as a person on the road, I mostly listen, noise limiter blocks ignition noise good.
