First impression is very good. I read reviews on many security camera systems. It seems like many people write reviews and hate them based on user error. I decided to look at app ratings instead of Amazon or searched reviews as I will always be using the app. The Swann app has great reviews, and along with a recommendation from a trusted friend I bought this system. I pretested everything and I was very pleased that everything work with no fussing around. This is a cheap system….easy to install, and easy to use. I will definitely change this review if this thing acts up in the future, but so far I’m impressed!

My old system didn’t have lights. I was concerned with the lights taking away from night vision. I was wrong. It has normal excellent night vision and lights only come into play on motion. Glad I went with the system including lights.

I love that you can use the app anywhere, anytime! You can see live feed and playback recordings. The picture quality is really good during the day AND night. Only problem we had was we were having a delay in it recording, but we just changed the sensitivity setting to 8 and that fixed that issue. The spotlights really help with the night vision. We just switched from an older Swann security system to this one and it was definitely a big upgrade! Very pleased with my purchase. Especially for the price.
