I’m happy – it looks great and works well. I mounted it a few inches off my counter so I don’t have to worry about water pooling around the base from my wet hands. (I used a “command hook” on the splash-board area above my kitchen sink). Although used several times throughout the day, I’m unsure of the battery life because I’ve only had it about a month or so.

I have now bought 4 of these. That is unheard of for me, but these are fantastic! I bought 1 for our high traffic bathroom to test. The batteries are still working and they were installed in November 2018. This dispenser gets a lot of use. The reason I wanted to try this was I have purchased several expensive ceramic pump dispensers at art events, only to have the plastic pumper pop off the glazed soap receptacle. Also, the little plastic pump would always look dirty because…you’re pumping it with dirty hands! Dah! This automatic dispenser negates all of this. You stick your hand under the spout and like magic, soap falls into the palm of your hand! You do have to do it a couple of times when you first fill it and you will have to adjust the amount of soap you want dispensed, but so what.I have added 2 to our master bath sink area and now by the kitchen sink.I was always using the dish soap pump. Why!?!?I would have to refill that constantly with a funnel, trying to look under the sink to see how full that bottle was so it didn’t over flow into my cabinet. Now, I come in from the garden, stick my hand under the new dispenser and…soap! No muss, no fuss!I might buy another one for hand sanitizer…just saying.Secura 17oz/500ml Premium Touchless Battery Operated Electric Automatic Soap Dispenser w/Adjustable Soap Dispensing – A definite yes!

I am very pleased with this dispenser. I ordered another kind for our office and had to return/replace twice. This one is very easy to fill, I can see how much soap is in the dispenser, great volume control options. I use bulk soap from Sam’s Club and have had no issues with this soap clogging up. I would highly recommend! Holds a large amount too!

Very convenient. I would consider this not a necessity, but rather used for the touchless aspect if you have raw food on your hands or whatever. I put paper towels next to it for size comparison. The volume dial controls how much soap comes out each pump. The soap dispenser does not make any musical tones other than the pump making noise FYI

I bought this automatic dispenser over six months ago to replace a regular soap pump that broke. I started using the Secura soap dispenser immediately after receiving it. It was easy to put the batteries in, fill, and set the amount of soap to be dispensed. I bought this dispenser mainly because of the design, which places the battery compartment on the back of the unit, away from water that may pool on the counter. Other makers place the battery compartment on the bottom (WHY???), where it’s susceptible to moisture, ruining the batteries, the contacts, and very likely the dispenser as well. The soap compartment is clear, making it easy to see when it needs a refill. We haven’t had any issues with this automatic dispenser since we started using it. I bought it mainly for the features and the reviews that I read at the time. I’m happy with this purchase and would buy this product again. I’ve been thinking about giving it out to family at Christmas or it would also make a nice housewarming gift.

For many years we simply used dish soap in the kitchen for our hands and found while that removed grease fast enough, it also dried out our hands. Bathrooms were another story, where those adorable little pump bottles with hand care soap and hand cream adorn every counter. So, after much research on pump dispensers I chose this one. Could not be happier. Several things worth noting:1. The batteries (4 X AA) are in the back and not the bottom. Thus they are not exposed to water and should not corrode like many of the bottom battery compartment dispensers.2. The fill is fast and easy with the filling port on the top. A twist off, fill and twist back on.3. There are no set amounts that dispense; you get to choose exactly how much you want by turning the thumb-wheel on the side. Start off with half way and then adjust up or down. We found about quarter of the way open works great for us. Note the same thumb-wheel controls on and off.4. It only dispenses when you want it to. The trigger area is very precise so passing by the front has no effect; you need to place your hand under the spout for dispensing.5.The controls are on the side and not the top. Not as fancy as some perhaps but less likely to get wet, damaged or otherwise.6. The blue LED lights when dispensing, a nice touch.7. The see through container makes it easy to see the amount of soap left. Our soap is mostly clear, but a colored soap might look pretty on the counter. We really love this dispenser and will likely get more as we see the longevity. It appears well built and works well.Update 4-14-20 This dispenser still amazes and works flawlessly. We have now run about a half gallon of liquid hand soap through it and it works perfectly every time. Highly recommend this unit.

Consider first that there is a warranty…that should tip you off.I have had three other types of soap dispensers. They all broke down within months, so frustrating!!! The last one I bought broke down in weeks AND it had a slow uptake of soap so you had to wait an extra 2 seconds for it to hit your hand. It also had a clunky refill area that made it sloppy to fill it. Two of the dispensers had no window so you couldn’t see how much soap was in it. All three had the batteries on the very bottom, which is stupid because they would always short out because, hey, it’s around water and liquid soap. What I noticed right off the bat is that this thing is fast, sturdy, easy to load AND it’s design is perfect… the batteries load on the side, not the wet bottom. Also there’s a rolling switch near the bottom that allows you to regulate the amount of soap that comes out precisely. It’s quite tall and so you don’t have to fill it constantly. And of course, it’s almost all soap window.I bought this last month, so I don’t know the durability, but it just FEELS sturdy. The smart design and the warranty tells me that this will not be another frustrating purchase. Finally.

These are so versatile and made with care. They can be hung on a wall, the dispenser is easily seen so you know when to refill, the batteries are on the back and screwed in for security and the top comes off easily for refill. I ended up buying one for every bathroom and two for the kitchen for three households. The second one in the kitchen holds dish detergent so it is easily available. The only thing to remember for dish soap is to use your hand to activate the sensor and then rinse your hand into the dish or pot or make sure that you don’t pull away too soon so the soap doesn’t drip onto the counter if you use the dish or pot to activate the sensor. We have had these for three months and they are still going strong. None of them have needed a battery replacement.

This was an important step in my ultimate goal of a work free life, including work related to personal hygiene. Never give up your dreams kids.Seriously though, this thing makes you feel disproportionately pampered relative to how much it costs. It truly is fantastic. My gripe is that it doesn’t operate well on rechargeable batteries (1.2v instead of 1.5). The pump becomes sluggish and somewhat inconsistent in the amount of soap it dispenses. It’s mind numbing how many products use batteries in a family household with young children, so I try to use rechargeables for as many things as possible, and somehow I still get gallon milk jugs filled with alkaline batteries that have been used up.I ended up using 2 lithium ion AA’s (7.4v) instead of 4 standard alkaline batteries (6v) and it works great. The pump operates much more quickly and consistently than with the recommended AA’s. The only tricky part is that you have to use 2 pass-through “dummy” cells, to fill up the 4 cell battery compartment when you use the lithium ion cells.

I have had this set up for 2 days now. I was not expecting a dispenser that is as nice as this one is. It is very sturdy and also has a nice and large soap dispenser compartment. The compartment is clear so the soap level is very easily visible. It also has a dial on the side to adjust the level of soap that you want so the variation of amount dispensed is nicely adjustable to your needs. It is very functional as it is tall so the spout where the soap dispenses from is nice and high. It also extends out so your hand fits nicely under the spout when the soap dispenses. I bought another brand also recently which is nice and was a little less expensive but this one is much better. It is worth what you will spend on it.
