The media could not be loaded.  I love these little scrubby sponges! They are gentle on my pots and pans but rough enough to scour off the stuck on stuff. They are even gentle enough on my skin that I don’t have to wear gloves when using them to scrub the dishes. It’s super convenient to order them in bulk so that I have enough for the whole month. The sponges can hold up for several weeks or scrubbing, but I like to get a fresh one out about every week or so just to keep things from getting stinky. They hold dish soap well and produce a soapy lather and do a great job on lots of other surfaces as well. They are perfect for scrubbing anything with stuck on gunk that you don’t want to scratch up.

I, unfortunately, exist in a physical body that requires things like dishes, counter tops, and other things for survival. Matters are made even worse by the fact that these items necessary to my continued comfort and existence often require cleaning. And not just once, but over and over again in a vicious cycle of hygiene. However, I have an ally with the Dobie Cleaning Pad.In short, it’s a very good sponge. It cleans dishes without scratching, it make good suds when you add soap to it, and it is an all-around useful cleaning tool. By the time it starts showing wear, it’s time to replace it because sponges just get nasty over time. When you have an old sponge that you don’t want to use on surfaces you eat from (dishes, counter tops, pans, etc.) you can keep using it around the house until it starts to fall apart to really get the full use out of it. I cut a corner off the Dobie to mark it as a “Not In the Kitchen” sponge and use it for bathtubs, floors, outdoor stuff, ect.The 12 pack is great. There’s two Dobie scrubbers to a package which will keep you in stock for a LONG time. If you have to own things, and then have to clean those things, then the Dobie is for you.

Wish I’d discovered them years ago. Every other scrubby I’ve used falls apart with vigorous use. These hold up until they’re too dirty to clean and use again. Price is right. If it gets too grungy, throw it away and get another clean one.I use them in our camper, on the car windshield, in the kitchen and bathroom – pretty much everywhere in the house and out. Like them a lot.

Great price.Like the netting with sponge because just works well. Doesn’t scratch and pads still intact a long time.I put in dishwasher every time I do a cycle of dishes to keep them clean in between replacing.BOTTOMLINE:Will continue to get unless I find something better and at 70, I have tried a LOT.

I loved to use the Scrub Daddy since I’ve seen it on Shark Tank and I love Shark Tank products, but I have to say this cleaning pad is a little better and a lot cheaper. Both pad feel like they are of similar, non-scratching material however this Dobie pad has a sponge in the middle. My qualm with Scrub Daddy is that it wears away rather quickly and needs to be replaced often. I find that this Dobie sponge lasts just as long, but its less than half the price. It also works just as good so why pay extra to have a smiley face on my sponge?

I’m a big fan of Dobie pads. These are just like the original only instead of 3 yellow in each box you get a red, a blue, and a green. Fun!

I do the dishes in our house, so it is an evening ritual that has been going on for many, many years. For as long as I could recall I used the light blue/dark blue Scotch-Brite pads, occasionally using the yellow/green if the blues were unavailable, both did a good job and served me well for decades. I saw these amazing Dobie’s as a suggested product and thought I was just a way for Scotch-Brite to inch out a little more margin with a “premium” sponge, while that may be part of it, they are still quite cheap. As for the job they do it’s incredible, not only am I spending less time cleaning dishes, they are without a doubt coming out better. The best part of this is the time saved is the part that I like the least, the scrubbing and repetitive cleaning to remove fused food particles from pans and utensils. It does not scratch anything I’ve cleaned in the several months I’ve now been using these. They are a perfect size, they seem a tiny bit smaller than the regular old-school sponges, but it works far better all around. The little hard plastic seams on both ends also work really well for little crevices, I’m not sure if this was by design or as a result of manufacturing but it’s a nice little extra tool that’s already in your hand.A downfall of these is they definitely don’t last as long, once a hole appears in the exoskeleton your poor little sponge is on it’s last leg, within a day or two it’ll be the end. Maybe I used the old sponges far too long??? I don’t know but it is noticeable, but frankly, with how much time they save and how much better they work overall it’s not a factor in my decision.I think I saw another reviewer do this so I can’t take the credit, but once a sponge has seen better days for cleaning dishes I decommission them to bathroom cleanup, where there are fewer things to catch the little tears on they will survive for a few bathroom cleanings, which I’d want to throw it out after anyway, who wants a 6 month old sad little, dirty, germ-filled sponge hanging around a bathroom? As good of a job as these Dobies do in the kitchen, they are perhaps even better in a bathroom, they just tear through anything a bathroom can throw at it. Our master bath is quite large with a lot of tiles and these make it a quick job for cleanup. If you’re on the fence, give these a try, I mean look at how much I just wrote about a sponge!

This is a must have in my kitchen. In fact I bought a case of them because I don’t want to run the chance of ever being without them. They clean everything from dirty dishes and pans, to grease spots on anything in the kitchen, to cabinet facades to bird droppings on the car without harming the surfaces of whatever you clean. Great product!

These things are amazing at cleaning anything, but what I love the most about them is their ability to clean potatoes! I always used a vegetable brush before, but trust me, if you like baked potatoes like me, I promise you, you need to try these on them. I generally place my potatoes in dish water for about 5-10 minutes, then scrub, but even if you just clean under a stream of water, this will be the best thing you’ve ever used. Obviously I’m sure this works on a wide variety of vegetables.

I love these sponges!! We first tried them around 5 years ago and I’ve never looked back. They don’t scratch anything, but they get soo much off. Regular sponges with the scratch pad backs just don’t work nearly as well. I also fi d that they last longer and don’t get smelly as quickly as regular sponges. You do have to be careful when using them on something like a cheese grater- it tends to catch the outer layer and tear it, but then when I’m not being careful I would get chunks shredded off of a normal sponge too. My husband throws these in the dishwasher to sanitize them and they hold up to that. Amazon actually has a pretty great price for them, though we’ve also purchased them at Meijer (supermarket) and Menards with their 11% rebate.
