I had one dustpan with a handle. It was not very well constructed, but it was easy to use. I have had a stroke, so I needed one to help me in cleaning. The edge of the first one had broken in places. I ordered this one from Amazon to replace it. It is wonderful and very well constructed! It is so sturdy that it evens stands by itself for me to sweep dirt into. The pan itself is also better. With the 1st one, things would fall off. With the new one, the pan is actually a scoop, so it catches everything. I love it!

Not sure why all the complaints about this dustpan. It came quickly in a very sturdy box. It was in one piece so no assembly. Yes the lip was even with the ground so would pick up anything. It even has wheels on the back and folds up so it does not take up much space. Great design and price! What else can I say? No crazy lid that gets in the way and causes problems.

This is by far the best value in dustpans. I use this nightly to sweep up restaurant trash from under tables and in the kitchen. (Most of which is food based which can get pretty rough) It works like a charm. We have had them at the restaurant for at least three years and they are still going strong! They get much more use there than they would in a residence, so I assume this will last forever.

I really do like this dust pan. I have had surgery and could not use a regular dust pan. Also this dustpan really does sweep up the very tiniest piece of what I sweep up. Great product.

The packing on this thing is ludicrous, a way excessive amount of super sticky tape that’s attached to the product itself and not the plastic wrap.As a dustpan, they’re fine, I’ve had one; as an Amazon delivery, they suck. Not confident I can remove the trap without damaging the product.

arrived already good to go. i thought i had to assemble the pole with the dust pan but it arrived as is which made things a lot easier. i used it earlier tonight while cleaning the hallway of the house and the kitchen and it seemed to do what it was made to do. i had no issues of it not scooping everything off the floor like most complained about on here. it left nothing on the ground when i used my broom to scoop out the dirt and garbage off the floor. the only thing is when you’re dumping the garbage, it does not lock open so you have to hold the pan for it to dispose the garbage out, but other than that im fine with this product and recommend it to those looking for a simple working dustpan. i had no problems with needing to bend down , its perfect height for me..but then again i’m around 5ft tall, lol.
