My cat LOVED this for about 20 seconds. Then my pitbull came pounding in. My cat watched in horror as he grabbed the fish in his mouth, shook his head trying to kill it. I tried to tell him the command drop it but I just couldn’t as I was laughing so hard and tears were streaming down my cheeks. My cat is completely disappointed in me for letting this monster take his lovely toy. After the fiasco the fish still works but one of his head snaps seems to have dislocated the tail. My cat has lost all interest in it. My son’s cat still likes it, but then again she is a catnip addict so anything with catnip is just a 10 to her. I will be buying another. I guess my Lord Logan can play with it when the crazy dog is in his crate. Meanwhile please send thoughts and prayers that Lord Logan does not eat me in my sleep.

Currently we are treating our kitty for self-mutilating behaviors. We are $700 into tests and the vet told us she needed enrichment because this looks to be boredom induced OCD.We picked this because it only activated when she interacted with it, it was chargeable, and it would active her hunting instincts (something she doesn’t get to do in a 3rd story condo).This. Is. Awesome!!! For the first minute it freaked her out a little. Then came the killing. And then the parading through the house with her trophy. Then more killing. This is now her FAVORITE toy. Watching my teeny tiny cat walk through the hallways straddling and dragging a struggling fish is the highlight of my day. It charges FAST. The battery lasts a while (considering how rough she is with it). The packaging it arrived in was sleek and easy to get into. Also it deeply upsets my dogs which means they leave her toy alone.10/10 I will definitely buy more of these and I’m currently recommending this to all my friends.

I finally found a toy my cat doesn’t get bored with within a day! She absolutely loves her fish. I can barely get it away from her to charge it. Will be buying another one for backup!

The media could not be loaded. I’m never sure if a new cat toy will be received as well as I hope, but this one sure delivered! My three cats have been playing with it almost non-stop, except for when I have to take it away to charge it. One of them pretty much “hogs” it and the other two can’t get near it, though they try. It took them a few minutes to realize that they had to touch it to get it to move when it stopped flopping, but once they understood it, they were off to the races. I can’t speak to the durability of it, but since the cover can be removed for cleaning, I’m thinking it should last a long time – fingers crossed.

I generally only write a review if I dearly love a product or passionately hate. This one is in the dearly love category. My cat has not tired of his flopping fish, he beats it up continuously and it has survived the abuse. The movement attracts my cat but freaks my dogs out, so they leave it alone. It’s also great that it takes a charge via USB and not having to use expensive batteries. Additionally, they sent a coupon with the arrival of his first fish to receive a second fish free of charge. I was surprised how fast they shipped it out! He now has a trout and a salmon toy fish. Thanks!

The media could not be loaded. I chose this interactive fish toy for our new 7mo old rescued boy kitty because he was starting to “annoy” his older sisters. He has A LOT of energy & is quite smart. He was a little hesitant at first but after watching his sisters interactive with it, he decided to take on the fish. He strikes it, wrestles with it, and carries it all around. He will play with it for a long time & is tired afterwards. Exactly what I was hoping for.I love how you can easily remove the battery to charge. It charges quickly & lasts for several days. Sooo convenient! And you can easily hand wash “the skin.”Oh, and it comes w/ a great catnip pouch that easily slips inside with the battery pack.The packaging cracked us up. It looked like smoked trout in a shrink wrapped bag. Lol.All my cats highly recommend this toy!

amazing. wonderful. hours of entertainment for ME, nevermind for my actual cats.few things to note if youre buying re: charging it though:1 – the light doesnt actually turn green when it’s done charging, the red light just turns off2 – the flopping motion is activated by tapping the toy (like a cat would when playing) so if you switch it on after charging and nothing happens, that’s probably why. i expected it to be a constant flopping, but it ‘goes to sleep’ after a while, and only activates when tapped. genius.if youre on the fence, just buy it! comes with a little bit of catnip in the bag, so it’s already scented in a way that’s enticing to cats right out of the packaging.

I just received the Potaroma Clown Fish, kicker toy. Two of my cats were instantly interested, but one sort of hogged it. *(He has an addiction to catnip and that sucked him in.) He played with it, sniffing, rubbing, then holding it and kicking it, biting it at the end. He got a little wild, so we had to give him a break. I feel it was money well spent. Sturdily made. A little flat upon receipt, but once out of the compressed bag, it poofed up. I got the orange clown fish so that I’d see it on the floor as it is very bright. The third kitty got smacked by it and it scared him. But, this is only day one.

It’s VERY well made, operates well, only needs charged about every third day when I plug it in overnight. That’s my Willie Nelson playing with his toy in the video. You won’t be sorry if you purchase this one which is much better priced than the others available.

The media could not be loaded. I have been looking at this toy for about a year, but avoided it due to cost ($13 is a lot for a cat toy!). It recharges (no batteries!!), has an on/off switch, the movement is in cycles that alter the speed and cadence of the tail flapping to keep interest. Movement is triggered by picking it up, which happens when the cat is already hard at play so it just ups the intensity of play. My cats were interested immediately and multiple of them were playing with them at once!! No regrets!!!
