I’ve been wearing Bare Minerals for 20 years. But at 47, my skin seems to have different needs now. A friend suggested this foundation and I LOVE it. I use a foundation brush to blend it in. It covers my rosacea beautifully, does not wear off (I’ve slept it in and woke up looking great). I love the coverage and yet it doesn’t look like or feel like I’m wearing makeup. And the cost is a fraction of what I was paying for Bare Minerals. I highly recommend this foundation.

I LOVE this foundation! It runs a little dark for me but no matter. I just use a porcelain or translucent powder to set it. I have very sensitive and dry skin and there are very few products I can use. Some are very cakey and look gross, others dry my skin out like crazy and starts separating on my skin throughout the day and some make my skin verrrrry oily (especially in the T zone) and makes me break out almost instantly. I don’t have ANY of those problems with this product! It has a beautiful satin finish and blends easily. It does have a slight odor tonite initially but wears off pretty quickly. Overall I love it and the price was cheaper than my local Walmart and drugstores. Also, the shipping was incredibly fast! I ordered the no rush shipping and still received it within 2 days! And it came packed in a decent amount of bubble wrap to prevent it from breaking. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

After using several non high end foundation, have to say that Physicians formula is the most long lasting of all. It is lightweight and somehow blends into the skin throughout the day it looks even more natural after several hours. Photos are taken after 10 hours of wearing on a regular working/studying day. Unless some other ones I’ve used that the layer of foundation will look apparently detached from the skin (like they are floating up), this one does not look detached at all. Have to say though, the coverage of this foundation is definitely on the low end, and the oil absorption is not superb. I have combination skin and my T area will start to show shines after 4-5 hours. Not too crazy though so I’m good with that. Also because the courage is on the lower end, I needed to use more concealer on acne spots. But overall, this is the best everyday foundation I’ve found that i can feel comfortable wearing all day without looking too cakey or greasy.

I have been a Loreal customer for over 15 years and never expected to change to anything else. However, I took a chance to order it from here after seeing a demo on YouTube about this. Amazon is so incredible — if it doesn’t work for you, return it. What do you have to lose to try something new? Now I am a consumer of this foundation and will never be going back to the other brand. I love how silky smooth this goes on with the unique applicator. I never thought I would use an applicator for foundation but I love it. I highly recommend you try this — see what you think. I believe you will be impressed and never go back to your old brand.

I accidentally bought the wrong color…but no matter. I love this foundation so much that I just mix a drop of a foundation that is way too dark for me and it fixes the problem. this is now my holy grail foundation. Its great for oily skin…I’m not sure that it is marketed specifically for oily skin, but it does a better job than many of my “matte” foundations. The finish is slightly luminous and very natural looking. It’s buildable, and it doesn’t feel heavy at all on your face. I have a couple of high end foundations, and this one is my absolute favorite. It makes your skin look flawless. I love, love love this foundation. (It’s better than my hourglass vanish stick). It actually makes my poors look smaller and doesn’t accentuate any texure on my skin.It doesn’t grab any dry patches on my skin, either. A claim that many foundations make but don’t actually live up to. It also doesn’t settle into fine lines…I think that this foundation is amazing for slightly more mature skin. Although I”m sure it’s gorgeous on all skin types/ages.

At last…after 44 years, I have found a foundation that works for me!PRO’s:*Great color match (not the least bit orange, which is usually a problem for my pale skin). L1C was the perfect shade*Looks like skin! Does not make my pores look huge or settle into fine lines.*Beautiful finish. Not exactly dewy, but makes my skin look velvety and glowy. Provides a great canvas for the rest of my makeup. Love!*Doe foot applicator–many people don’t like this feature, and I admit using it felt weird at first, but now I kind of like it. It allows for more control over application and the foundation looks great when blended out with a damp beauty sponge*Contains vitamins, antioxidants, and SPFCON’s:Nothing! Many reviewers complain about the smell, but I didn’t find it any more offensive or overpowering than other foundations.If you have struggled to find a foundation that actually looks good on you, please don’t give up your search until you give this one a try!

I’ve used PF for years now, they recently stopped making my favorite foundation, so I had to try a few others. This goes on like velvet with excellent medium coverage no dryness or oiliness. No chemical smells (some seriously smell like spray paint!). It sets to a very nice light matte finish on it’s own, or with a finishing powder. IT DOESN’T SMEAR! If you are used to PF products, I know you’ve used the bronzers and blushes that are pretty creamy. This doesn’t move when you add those on top, and doesn’t rub off on clothing unless you REALLY try to make it. I honestly cannot feel it on! With the high level of pigment, you use far less, it lasts far longer, and you really don’t feel it at all! (for those like me with scars, it’s also buildable if you use setting powder between layers. It does cover VERY well as is, but I have one spot I had to try a second layer on, and it worked beautifully!)

I have never worn foundation (OK, except for my wedding day), but decided to give it a try to make my make up look a bit more professional. So glad I chose Physicians Formula The Healthy Foundation! I have sensitive skin and I was concerned that foundation would cause my skin to break out. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that after wearing it on my face all day, I did not break out at all.What I like about this foundation is that:1) the shade (LC1) is a perfect match for my fair skin2) it looks really natural and not ‘cakey’3) feels super light and not oily4) it’s good for sensitive skin5) contains SPFThink I’m going to wear this foundation indefinitely now! ;-) With a simple application in the mornings, I can head out feeling confident that I don’t look ‘overly’ made up and that my skin is protected against the sun’s harmful rays. Can’t get much better than that! Not only is the foundation everything I hoped it would be, but it also came packaged quite well. I’m really pleased with this purchase! I highly recommend!
