I can’t believe how much my cat loves this bed. The bed is in my office, and the cat spends an average of 8 hours in it every day, whether I’m in the office or not. Around noon, she climbs into it. If the office door is shut, she meows to be let in. She curls up in the bed and typically doesn’t come out until about 8 pm. If she gets out earlier to go to the cat box of drink some water, she comes right back.It works fine for my cat, but it is quite small (as is my cat). As you can see from the photo, she barely fits in the bed and often has a paw or two and her tail hanging over the edge. The sides are very soft, so hanging over doesn’t bother her at all.My cat weighs 10 pounds, so if you have a larger cat, it may not fit, and reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like not everyone receives a bed of the same size and shape. The one I got is slightly oval, which helps her fit into it.

I wanted a small cat bed so she could be on the table next to me as I work on things, and this is a great size! I can’t say what features about the bed that she likes, but she is clearly obsessed with it. She sleeps almost exclusively in this bed since we got it. The sides contain her within it, so they are somewhat sturdy, but are still soft enough she sometimes will rest her chin on it. Great value for the price. (also my cat is fairly picky, she is 20 years old now and ignores most things I buy for her)

It’s very similar to a little bed called “Stuft” that I find at Stop N Shop for a similar price. I foster a lot of cats and sometimes they are in cages. This bed accommodates most size cats and has a small enough footprint that there’s plenty of space for all the other stuff. I also have them scattered around the house for my pets. They wash well and they hold up. I haven’t had to throw any out yet, been using some for years. Yes, the “fabric” on the bottom is a bit iffy. If necessary a piece of an old bed sheet could be stitched on to replace it. But I haven’t had to do that either. Looks like a bed, feels like a bed, cats like it, I’m happy.

Two of my cats just love this simple sleeper cat bed and they alternate sleeping in it at night on a regular basis. It seems really well made. Fits my two 13 pound cats well (probably too small for a 16 pound kitty), the cushion is a little firmer than some other cat beds I have, has a corduroy wide-wale exterior with the suede-like plastic Pet Craft label stitched to it. Is a medium grey. I have never tried washing it – I regularly vacuum it – but label says it can be washed in cold water in washing machine. It is made in China but is not flimsy, has solid stitching. My original which has about 10 months of use is still like new. Even after their occasionally kneeding it, I’m not seeing any tears in the fabric from their claws (I do clip their claws but they have eventually gotten tiny holes in some of their other cat beds.). I just bought this new one as a backup (so many Amazon products can go permanently out-of-stock) and to give my other kitty their own. (Note: they have other larger and more plush cat beds which are not wearing as well, but like this one the best.)

My cat loves to use this cat bed in the evenings. I purchased in winter and he loves to snuggle in it in the evenings during this cold time of the year. He is a small cat in the 8-10lb range and it fits him well without being too big plus it fits on a small side table near my work desk. The soft sides allow him to curl up in it to be warm but also allow him to easily stretch over the sides when he wants to. It’s a simple bed with no frills which is all we needed. The construction and stitching seem to be fine; I did not or see any issues with it ( I did check it overall since others noted issues). I won’t use the catnip option as he used it without too much prompting.

EDIT: I just got the Amazon pet carrier (hard plastic with metal vents) and I put one of the two beds like this I have for Rowan in the carrier. I can stretch out and like it doesn’t have too much structure and is flexible.I prefer it over my mom’s super fluffy blanket.My mom put it next to her computer on her work table, because I like to be by her all the time. Before she put my bed there, I would sprawl all over, get on the keys, now that my bed is there, we’re both happy! I am comfy and stay in my bed and my mom doesn’t have me helping her with her typing!My mom is also happy it is easy to wash on gentle and dry on gentle. MinuSan is a feral cat, but she has principles and there’s not way she is going to sleep or rest in a cat bed if it is not comfy like she likes it. I unpacked the bed in from of her and after having smelled it and tapped it several times with her paw, she jumped into it and a few minutes later she fell asleep: a miracle! 3 years to approach her, u have no idea how happy I was!!!! This cat bed is thick and fluffy, pluche and velvet with a pouch to be filled with catnip! Because cats like to have several places where to sleep MinuSan has also a hamac and another house. This is a spoiled and adorable feral cat who has her moods sometimes, but this cat bed oh God!!!! Even the oppossum that she lets finish her food at night gets the face when it approaches THE bed. It must feel like a womb because she deeply sleeps in it. It never happened before. Normally she is always in alert.I am so happy and she is so cute in it! The L size is a M, but fits perfectly. She loves resting her edge on the edges covered with pluche or velvet. I see her peaceful, so thank you a lot!

I bought this bed because of the price, and when it arrived I thought that it was well made but pretty flimsy. Surprise! That’s what the cats love best about it, they can lounge all over it and mush down the sides and it molds to whatever shape their bodies take. I have now bought two more of the beds, and have them stashed in all the favorite napping spots. Take a chance and buy it, your cat will thank you.
