I wanted to wait awhile before writing a review on this projector to actually see how it performed in different lighting conditions and give my honest opinion on it. Personally i believe the picture quality is fantastic and the quality stays consistent whether you are creating a 50 inch screen or a 17 ft in your yard. The 4000 lumens performs really good even with a fairly good amount of light coming from outside on a bright day. The only real complaint I have for this projector is that the speaker is not that loud and the sound quality suffers a bit for it and it does not have a built in bluetooth to be able to pair a wireless speaker to it. Overall I honestly beleave its an amazing starter projector with great specs for the price.

It was for our church building and it is working great. Better than the one we had before.

I love being able to watch family videos and movies on the projector screen so everyone can see!I dislike that my husband and son now monopolize this cool projector playing Call of Duty🤣

For the price it is the best one, 4k HDR input .It does take a lot of calibration to have best picture. Only annoying thing . Is auto color mode does not work. When in HDR you need to manually change colors space to 16-235. 0-255 is for non HDR content . Nice throw for smaller rooms . Around 9 feet for 120” screen

I did not own any other projector before this. I have a huge love for cinema so I decided to create a home theater on a budget with no help. I did not want to buy a cheap one and suffer with the quality, so I took the chance and invested in this one. I did hours upon hours of research, trying to see which one would be the highest quality under 1,000. There wasn’t much information on this one compared to some more popular models so it was hard to make a decision especially with how untrustworthy some of the reviews can be on this website. I am very pleased and relieved to say that this was one of the best purchases that I have ever made. I use it almost every single day, I even use it to play competitive video games. The input delay is nonexistent, it is truly incredible. Such good quality too, the movies look incredible. I could not recommend this more, you will not be disappointed.

Needed something to replace a fried Epson projector and this one exceeded my expectations, especially at the price point.

The media could not be loaded. I shopped several projectors, and have tried 2 others before this one, but this was EXACTLY what I was after. This works when the lights are on in the room. I set this up in my garage where I had 4 LED shop lights and the light from the garage door on and you can still see the picture. Better if you can turn the light off directly above the screen, but usable if not. The picture is fantastic. I have it connected to a surround sound system so I cannot say if the sound is good.I have heard people talk to the fact that the fan is a little noisy in bright mode, but I changed mine to Eco+ and not only did the fan go almost completely silent but the picture barely dimmed. I keep it in Eco+ because I really can’t tell much of a difference in the picture, and it is still very bright. Not 4K quality, but I doesn’t really claim to be, but it is really good 1080P.See the pictures to show with 4 shop lights on, in the dark and then one to show the quality on a paused screen. There is no lag in sports events. All of the photos and the video are in eco+

We had the Optoma HD71 and upgraded to this one. What a difference. We use an Xbox to run all our streaming serves, and Bluray’s, so everything is in 4k on an 100 inch screen. Great picture quality. Well worth the money, we will use this for years to come.

This projector is a MAJOR upgrade from the Optoma GT1080 I had before. It’s brighter, clearer, and even quieter. Also, when switching scenes between light to dark, and vise versa are spectacular. It’s not grainy, it’s not too dark, it doesn’t lose color. When my last projector died, I went and got a 65″ UHD curved Samsung TV. The price was $800, the same as this. The TV was beautiful, but I’ll take this projector any day of the week. I promptly returned the TV upon arrival of the projector. If you’re even thinking you might want it, just go for it. You will absolutely not be disappointed.
