Just received and doesn’t even work, seriously.Updated review: after reading all reviews i had to keep trying to make it work, my partner insisted on seeing what the problem was, we changed batteries, cleaned with alcohol and boom the magic began. Love the product, considering buying one for bathroom. I usually just lower my hands so the sensor doesn’t go off, n waste my soap that’s how good it is.

I replaced the pump dispenser with this motion sensor one. Grate now that we are washing hands 100 times a day.

*UPDATE* July 13, 2020The seller has promptly replied, offered apologies, and offered to replace the item or refund the monies. I decided to accept a refund. I like the basic design, and may purchase an upgrade to this model, if and when it becomes available. So I’m leaving the five stars to reflect the seller’s stellar response, and leaving open the possibility that this was more of a one off problem than a more substantial design flaw.*UPDATE * July 11, 2020I take back what I thought initially. This thing has stopped and started working intermittently since I bought it, even before two very minor jostling events. Same pattern of malfunctioning since day one. Changed batteries, cleaned it etc. It dies every week or two, comes back, dies again. Clearly defective. So I notified the seller today. Will post results in 2-3 business days.*Initial Review*Nice little, well made dispenser in stainless steel. I had two small spills from using the disposal unit, overloaded. Fell into the sink and stopped working until the next morning. Then came back to life! Twice! So, I’m not going to tempt the Fates again, but put it aside when using the heavy duty disposer

The media could not be loaded. Having clean hands leads to better health all around. TheNozama automatic soap dispenser is nice. Thhe brushed chrome exterior is finger print proof and goes well with any design. The motion detection is good and dispense a nice amount of soap to keep my hands clean.

I would love to rave that this product is one of the few that I was able to find that actually lets you control the amount of soap you want to dispense. There is 3 levels, but most average people will probably use the lowest if they are just washing their hands. All other ones have been such a struggle because they dispense more than a dime size of soap requiring more refilling and more waste of soap. The item itself looks perfectly on my kitchen and feels sturdy and not flimsy or easily breakable. It is battery powered, but it seems to be lasting me after using the product for quite a bit. My particular item was a little scratched so Amazon Customer Service was able to help me out by giving me additional support since it was defective. Much appreciated and is one of the big reasons why I gave both the item and support 5 starts. Much appreciated.

The only issue I had was putting it to close to the vessel sink which blocked the sensor. When I move it back just a little it works great. I purchased 3 for all our bathrooms…they work great and I love that you can adjust the amount of soap dispensed.

This is an impressive automatic soap dispenser. I bought it to replace a larger on that just quit dispensing soap for some unknown reason after less than one year of use. After reading a bunch of reviews, the only criticisms that I came away from reading the reviews were that (1) it was not a clear-barrel product to make it easy to tell when it was empty and (2) it was small. After using the product, my response to those reviews is, “who cares?!?!?” This is a GREAT soap dispenser that delivers an adjustable amount of soap. It is BETTER, in my opinion, because it doesn’t take up so much counter space, and I can EASILY open the twist plug to see when it needs more soap (if I can’t figure it out because it isn’t dispensing soap any longer). I wholeheartedly recommend this dispenser. Admittedly, I’ve only had it a short time and can’t speak to its longevity, but it seems well-built, and the motor sounds powerful. I’m expecting it to last longer than two years with normal use.

I love this thing! We use it for the dish soap at the kitchen sink. It does well at detecting motion, not only hands but also sponges and brushes. On the first dispense of the day nothing comes out but a second wave gets the soap flowing. Not a big deal in my opinion. It’s never tipped over.I’m writing this review 13 months after I first purchased this soap dispenser because I’m back to buy another one. My original just died on me last week. Changed the batteries, still nothing. Disappointed that a $30 purchase only made it a year. That’s the only reason this lost a star. I’m going to repurchase and hope the new one lasts longer. If it dies again in a year, then I will research an alternative.UPDATE: after getting the new dispenser and reading the instructions, I found out that after you put in the new batteries you have to press AND hold the button on top to make it work again!! So my original one is working again! Now we have two! One in the kitchen for dish soap and one in the main bathroom for hand soap! I’m going back up to 5 stars!

Initially I got this due to the reviews and found it works except for when you adjust the amount of soap dispensed it is very slowwww to dispense it. Turns out it was a combination of not reading the instructions and the batteries which I thought were new but wasn’t. After putting fresh batteries in and making adjustments, I can get just the right amount of soap. Its super easy to refill. I like the look of this and have had several people ask me about it. If your shopping for an affordable dispenser that works with pretty much any liquid hand soap, look no further. Just don’t make the same idiotic mistake I made and make sure you put fresh batteries in the unit!!

Im writing this review over a year after I bought this for my wife. Im writing it NOW, because I suck at doing things when I should, and was actually reviewing something else and thought to myself, “oh yea, I bought THAT thing here too.”So the thing is, there was a lot of hate when I saw the reviews for this thing before I bought it. Lots of “leaking” or “doesnt detect” kind of comments. I cant really call foul on those, but what I CAN say is, again, a year and a half in, used nonstop, at least a dozen times a day, and this thing is still kicking along. No leaks, the sensor works just fine, and I have changed the batteries maybe two or three times in the 18 months I have had it. It works as described. You can change the volume that pumps out from a little drop to “wooooaaaa, thats a lot of soap.”The only two things to watch out for are: build up of dry soap in the spout needs to be toothpicked out about once a month, as clogs will dry out and make you think its not working, and also the sensor is a little inconsistent. Sometimes you have to be a half-inch away from it to dispense, and other times it picks up a glimpse of a pot you are washing and has a premature dispenseration. But hey, for the price and longevity we have gotten out of this thing, I can truly say it was a bargain and we have no regrets.
