Photo 1 set up. Photo 2 off. Photo 3 on. I just used one light for my test. I’m already over the moon about my upgrade. I used to use a dinosaur set with expensive bulbs than never lasted and took ages to set up and break down. This affordable set came with everything minus the battery packs which you can purchase separately. looking forward to getting those and going wireless on my outdoor portrait shoots.

I never owned any other lights, bought this pair for my work-from-home office, and they are really good. Almost always using the warmest color and the lowest brightness, that’s enough for good illumination. Sometimes when I need to record some videos will increase the brightness a bit. The remote is also very convenient, especially that one controls both lights. The stands are also good, enough height and enough points of adjustment, so nothing to complain about. I have them set up permanently, not carrying anywhere, so can’t tell much about portability, but assuming I can fit them in the bags they came with, should be no issue.

Bought these to make YouTube videos of antique foot powered machinery I collect and restore. One of the stands came in with a broken part and was quickly replaced upon notifying Neewer!! (They kept me informed on that.) Love the ability to vary the color and overall brightness to fit my needs. They are very bright so I dim them back for my setup – much better than not being bright enough!! Very glad I got these vs the smaller ones. Also bought a set of the rollers for backgrounds and love those to. Am using a heavier paint cloth for a background. Much more to learn!! Lighting is very, very important and these work great!!

I finally broke down and got a set of LED panel lights for my video studio, to replace my compact florescent lights. I really like that this LED panel set has adjustable white color temperatures, they are dimmable, put out less heat, and they are more compact for portability. My only complaint is the remote. It seems to always be on and drains batteries fast. I’ve only had the light set a week and the remote has discharged the batteries to about 50%.

One of the complaints about Amazon Vine, and receiving products for free is that reviewers are not overly critical of the products and just hand out glowing reviews. That is not the case here. Yes, I did receive these lights for free, but I was so impressed that I ***bought*** 6 more in order to outfit my whole studio.Notes — Not incredibly bright, but bright enough. Even with two lights these struggle as the primary light source for a medium-sized room. I usually bring in two more so that I can film at a lower ISO.- Built-in softbox helps to reduce the glare.- I love the ease at which you can adjust the temperature and intensity of the lights. You can pretty quickly dial in the exact lighting combo needed.- While they struggle as primary lights they are EXCELLENT secondary lights. I use them, primarily, for managing shadows in larger spaces.- Great color reproduction. I don’t detect any spectrum shift. I can just set my WB and go.Final verdict – these are the best lights that I have ever used. In a perfect world, they would produce a little more light intensity, but everything else is A+.

These lights were very easy to put together on the stands and get into action with them. I’ve only used them once after using umbrella lights for a year and I love the easy set up. You have control over the brightness and color of light, the light panels themselves are adjustable to nearly every angle – these are great lights for someone who wants to film auditions or home music videos. I will probably still use an umbrella light as a backlight and use these two panel LED lights to be my key and cross light.I have big plans for these lights…

I am stingy with my coins y’all so I was NOT trying to pay this much for lights BUT when I tell you I absolutely LOVEEEE these lights?!?! They are perfect for my YouTube content and also they operate with a battery so you can take them outside as well. 10/10 recommend!! The remote is clutch to adjust while seated. The bags that come with them for storage are sleek and easy to transport.

Amazing quality light! So glad I stepped up to the larger lights. My video looks so good now. Always the best video on the conference call. Using a surface laptop pro 4 integrated camera.
