   Light, feathery, soft, smooth, wispy.Its very thin and smooth. I can put it on as light as I wwabt even on my lower lashes. I never wear mascara on the Lowe line bc it looks too heavy and unbalanced. But this is perfect.Mini brush allows you to reach the corners without jabbing your eyeball, messing up your eyelid, or tangling up the lower lashes. I put it on thick so the camera would pick it up better and even being several coats thick, there are still no clumps and they are still separated and feathery. I used no curler, primer, separating or combing, no tools at all, just the wand.My favorite mascara and my favorite price. I highly recommend this product.

   I have used the non-waterproof tube of this for the past few years and love it. I have blonde lashes and without mascara I look like I have no lashes. I love the tiny brush applicator that this comes with. Makes it easier to get my lashes covered with less brush bump/smear on my lower lid.The one thing I can say and this is true of all brands of mascara… if you use any skin care products with oil in them as part of your daily getting ready routine, especially around your eyes, which I do because I get really dry in that area… Your mascara will end up smuding at some point in the day. So be prepared to check your eyes during the day to ensure you don’t look like a racoon at some point lol. No mascara can withstand touching the oil and not smearing onto your skin and since we blink, it will happen.

   I love this so much! It separates the lashes very well and the little brush helps you coat every single lash and it stays in place and doesn’t smudge!!! This is my new favorite mascara!

   I have used all kinds of mascaras over the years and I always come back to this one. I like the brush and how easy it is to apply with no big clumps. It does sometimes drop a small speck of mascara on your face or cheek once it dries but it’s not very often, it could be just the most recent one I bought because it does not happen all the time. I wear contact lenses and would not buy this if it was a problem.. I don’t like thick heavy eyelashes so I usually apply 2 – 3 layers depending on the occasion but it’s one of the best brushes out there for ease of application.

   I have paper straight eyelashes that slightly droop downwards, are thin, can be easily weighed down by a heavy/wet formula (even when curled), and clumpy formulas can clump up my eyelashes and make them appear spidery in just two coats. Most mascaras on the market don’t work well for me. However, the Maybelline NewYork Lash Discovery Waterproof Mascara is actually one of the few that I have found to work incredibly well on my eyelashes.The wand of the mascara grabs really well onto eyelashes, evenly spreads product on each eyelash, and separates the lashes. The formula of the mascara itself holds a curl extremely well, and that’s normally something I don’t get with most mascaras on the market. I also find that it doesn’t clump up like most mascaras do.I curled my eyelashes and applied the mascara 6 hours ago, and the mascara is still holding the curl. For someone who has had most mascaras fail on their eyelashes, I’m extremely impressed with how this one performs.The application of this mascara works best if you wiggle it onto your eyelashes. If you hate getting mascara on your eyelids, it will definitely happen with this wand, so make sure to put a barrier between your eyelashes and your eyelids.

   I have no idea what’s happening in the mascara world, but it appears that there’s some kind of weird fascination to have it look like giant spider legs are emerging from one’s eyelids? I’m all for getting volume, length, and definition, but those fiber-based mascaras just look ghastly, IMO. This mascara gives me exactly what I like: volume, length, and definition in a more natural look that’s pretty waterproof. It’s easy to remove with a standard face wipe, but if I get caught out in the rain, it’s not running down my face. The small applicator brush allows me to reach my smallest lashes at my inside corners, and my lower lashes – so I can put mascara on all of my lashes without having any of them clumped together or (even worse) naked. I have friends ask me all the time what kind of mascara I use, and they’re always shocked that it’s a drug store brand (I usually use department store brands, but I haven’t found a mascara that I like more than this – and that includes the infamous Dior Show!). I usually always have a spare one of these on-deck so I’m never caught without a fresh one when I need it. Love this mascara!

   I switched to this mascara after my regular one was discontinued (sad face).The brush is small, and if you like big volume – you probably will need to do a couple – few coats. By the same token – it’s nearly impossible to overdo it by accident.I like this mascara because it lengthen lashes as well as boosts their volume.

   I got this for my mother who has VERY thin short lashes AND a shaky hand who also isnt the best at applying mascara either. I got this one due to its ULTRA THIN brush AND SHORT brush length in hopes that aids her in reaching and thoroughly coating lashes with great ease. Guess what?. It did! She still needs to perfect her overall application technique but on first try she got her lashes looking more noticeable longer and so pretty! Highly recommend this for such issues with applying mascara-for beginners-for elderly-etc!

    I know a lot of people love mascaras that are bold and dramatic, that make their lashes super dark and thick. For me though, I prefer a more natural look, and this mascara is the best I’ve found for that purpose. :) My favorite thing about it is the brush- it’s a small brush that makes it so easy to get all of my lashes without smudging anywhere on my eyelid or under my eye. I use just one coat and it gets the job done perfectly! My lashes aren’t very thick but do have a natural curl to them, and this mascara doesn’t drag them down or make them droop. It does just enough to darken them and lengthen them a bit. I never have problems with clumping or with it drying up. One tube will usually last me about 5ish months, and I use it nearly everyday. It does tend to smudge a little bit when I apply to my lower lashes, but I do have allergy issues and watery eyes, which is probably the issue with that. Otherwise, I’ve been able to cry without it coming off, and it comes off easily with makeup remover at night. If you’re looking for a simple, everyday mascara, I’d definitely recommend this one!
