This was ordered for our church (after another vendor failed to deliver). It arrived a day earlier than calculated, with the box well-packed in another box. When I unpacked it, I was pleased to discover that there was included a small Phillips-head screwdriver and appropriate-size wrench to aid in assembling the stand and attaching the dispenser. This was a nice touch, which meant I didn’t have to make a second trip to the church with tools from home. The stand is sturdy and the base heavy enough to make the whole thing stable.

using a gel sanitizer solution with this unit works better than using a water-like sanitizer solution. When using a water-like solution, it dispenses a rather “large” amount of the sanitizer… despite the lowest setting for dispensing the sanitizer.I was informed that you can request a liquid spray nozzel vs the standard nozzel. Also, a table stand model will be available at the end of September
