I used to use Coastal Scents shadows, and never understand why people pay this much money for an eyeshadow palette. This has truly made me a believer!!! The shadows are powder, but the formula is sooooooo creamy and they glide on like butter. Very pigmented and easy to apply, with no fall out. I don’t have to work as hard or blend as much to get whatever look I’m going for. The rose gold tones in here are beyond amazing! “Unbelievable” is my favorite- it’s the main reason I bought this palette and was prettier than I thought it would be. In this picture, I used a combination of the matte shades. The only way this palette could be any better is if it had a matte black shade for smokey looks. Otherwise it’s perfect and I will definitely be buying more eyeshadow palettes like this one.

Great pallete. Can be used alone or with eye primer. The colors last all day, and they’re not too overpowering. These colors go with everything.

My SigFig bought me this and I LOVE IT! I am a makeup artist and beauty blogger so I have WAY TOO MANY palettes yet this is the most beautiful rose gold palette I have (and I do have the naked 3 and a really pretty one by BH cosmetics, plus a tons of Z palettes with loose shades). This is so pigmented and flattering. My favorite highlight shade of all time is in this palette and it’s suitable for skin with warm and cool undertones. It has four colors that come off as matte and six shimmering colors which makes it versatile for women of many ages.It is especially flattering for green, blue and hazel eyes. Also, the LORAC primer is one of the best, I prefer it to my MICA primer and my Urban Decay Primer Potion. If you want a rose-gold palette or a neutral palette this is for you.I do have pale skin and I mostly do use this palette on myself so that might also be something to take into account when I am giving you my opinion on how these colors look.I’ll go through the shades now (top row left to right then bottom row in the same direction):Undercover: BEST HIGHLIGHT EVER–It’s a light satin cream colorUnbelievable: Dark rose gold with a lot of shine using this with MAC’s fix plus looks GloriousUnattainable: Burnt Gold with subtle shine, it’s the color I use the least but it’s very warm and brings out the undertones in hazel eyesUnconditional: Taupe-y pink matte transition shade, to transition unbelievable on the lid looks beautifulUnbridled: Burgundy-maroon matte, this is a little less pigmented than some of the other shades but if you build up this color it helps create a nice smokey eye that’s good for everyday yet different from brown or silver/black smokey eyesUndiscovered: Light warm gold, it a pretty all over lid shade for when you want your eyes to pop a little but want a “natural” lookUnreal: Shimmering light rose gold, also one of my favorites, I will often mix this with unbelievable to make a subtle gradient on my eyelidUncensored: Shiny medium brown, a nice lid shade or a good way to make a warm smokey eyeUnspoken: Matte brown, a good transition shade, very pigmentedUntamed: Dark brown with subtle shimmer, also good to make darker smokey eyes

Buttery soft, highly pigmented eyeshadows. 4 shimmer, 4 matte. This is the perfect daytime pallette. Better than ud’ naked. Included primer is the perfect consistency. When used with the eyeshadows, they stay in place all day

Bought these for my mom. I do her makeup and let me tell you… I’m done in 5 minutes or less with the help of this palette. I go over each eye twice and I’m done. Why? Because the pigment is so great you don’t have to go over the eye 10 times. Oh, guess what? I don’t use primer either.Definitely purchasing the original palette when these are finished.P.S. Eyeshadow stays on all day long!

The overall quality of this palette is really good. The colors apply really well and last all day. I like this palette even more than my Naked palette. They eye primer also works really well. I would definitely recommend!

This palette is amazing. High quality, rich pigments and great blendability, and the rose/brown colors are gorgeous! I’m so thrilled with this purchase. It was well worth the price.

The Lorac Unzipped palette is in the same rose-gold color family as the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette, so I am structuring this review as a comparison of the two palettes. After all, many of you may be wondering how the two palettes compare. I have a bit of a makeup problem, I admit it. So, I actually own both Naked 3 and Unzipped. I first bought Naked 3 but I was still temped by this palette after seeing it in action on various YouTube channels. The Lorac Unzipped palette includes 10 buttery, high quality shadows:Undercover is a pinky cream color. It is a great highlight shade, similar to Strange in the Naked 3 palette.Unbelievable is a rose gold shimmer. It applies very smoothly.Unattainable is a shimmer that is a bronzey rose gold color.Unconditional is a purpley-brownish mauve matte (a cross between Nooner and Limit from Naked 3)Unbridled is a brown matte with a hint of purple.Undiscovered is a gold shimmer.Unreal is a pink shimmer. It is the sister of “Dust” in the Naked 3 palette, but far better formualted and less glittery.Uncensored is a bronze shimmer.Unspoken is a burgundy-toned brown matte.Untamed is a deeper red-brown shimmer. Here is a comparison of the two palettes:- LORAC Unzipped comes with 10 shadows and Naked 3 has 12. Each Naked 3 shadow is full sized. These shadows also seem to be full sized – they are substantially larger than the shadows in the Lorac Pro palette.- This palette is $40 compared to $52 for Naked 3. For the extra $12 you get a brush with Naked 3 and 2 more shadows. But, the brush isn’t that good. I don’t use it. This palette comes with eyeshadow primer (good sized sample that is great for travel, compared to the mini samples from Naked 3 – also the Lorac Behind the Scenes primer is superior to Urban Decay Primer Potion in my opinion)- Naked 3 has 3 mattes, this palette has 4 mattes. Naked 3 has 3 glittery shades – Dust, Buzz and Trick. Trick and Dust are hard to work with. I find that they apply best with my Elf Set and Mist spray (a dupe for Mac Fix+).- Packaging on Naked 3 seems sturdier. Naked 3 has the metal pencil box packaging. This one is cardboard.- Lorac Unzipped palette lacks a super deep shade like Blackheart.- Naked 3 has some taupier shades (e.g., Mugshot and Liar). Overall, I think Naked 3 is cooler toned, Lorac Unzipped is warmer toned.Overall, I think these palettes are different enough that you can own both. However, the color families are similar. I do love both palettes but the eyeshadows in Lorac Unzipped are better quality. Overall, the shadows area easier to work with, there is far less fall out. There are literally NO FINICKY SHADES in Lorac Unzipped, whereas with Naked 3, there is 1 shade that I cannot use without wetting my brush with MAC Fix+. Every single shadow in the Unzipped palette applies beautifully and blends beautifully. If I had to pick one, it would be Lorac Unzipped, but I do like both. If you have to pick one:- If you do not like glitter: pick Lorac Unzipped- If you are cooler toned: Naked 3 may be the better option- If you prefer smokier looks: Naked 3 is better due to Blackheart and Darkside, which are both deeper than the deepest shades in Lorac Unzipped.- If you prefer mattes, Lorac Unzipped has the edge due to 4 mattes v. 3 mattes.- If you prefer more purple tones, I think Naked 3 has the edge.- If you prefer browner tones, Lorac Unzipped is somewhat browner with burgundy as well.
