My wife had me order this when she was 9 months pregnant. We wanted to prep a bunch of meals ahead of our baby being born, and ran out of space in our traditional freezer.The freezer is a lot lighter than I thought it would be, and was able to handle it myself.The inside was smartly designed and offers A LOT of space. I love the fact that it is a reasonable size for a small apartment. It’s deep and wide enough for everything I enjoy to place in a deep freezer. The noise level is amazing. I barely hear it running. It’s most definitely worth the price I paid.

I read all the reviews from before and I was a little apprehensive about ordering a freezer from this company. However, I needed one and they are all out of stock all over the city, or the price is three times more then I was willing to pay. It was delivered sooner then I expected. It came with no damage, they brought it right up to the door. Let me say this again, THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO MY FREEZER!!!! YA!!!!! Seams to be working just fine, only have had it about 5 days. Plugged it in and three hours later it is freezing things. No Damage to my Freezer, just saying!

The good: – Cheap, relatively quick delivery – Amazon-backed – 2 baskets and ice scraper come with purchase – Pretty large interior – Dial for temperature, from Min to Max only thoughThe bad: – Slightly noisy when “on” (but may be due to shipping issue below) – Energy star rating is the highest of other similar units – Severe packaging and shipping issues: arrived heavily damaged directly to the brains of the operation. Packaging included about 3/8″ fun at the top and bottom in full layers, and vertically at each corner for a few inches. Insufficient. Appears to have been dropped right on the corner. Good news is, I bought extended warranty but Amazon completely refunded to a gift card so I could re purchase. They said don’t return, dispose of damaged unit or keep, my decision.

The fridge / freezer I have didn’t offer much room for stocking up on food or for storing larger boxes or bulk items. I knew what size freezer I wanted and this one was just right. It comes with two freezer baskets for small items but I also ordered two other baskets for additional items. Right out of the box the freezer is just about ready to go. Let it sit for a couple hours to let the cooling system adjust, plug the freezer into a receptacle and adjust the temperature setting, off-min-max.

I ordered this with some trepidation. Many reviewers indicated that the freezer arrived poorly packaged (or handled) and had dents, some of them pretty bad. Since mine was destined for the garage, I didn’t care so much for the appearance. I had contacted appliance sellers near me and all were out of freezers with no idea when they would be able to restock; this was, of course, due to the pandemic. Amazon had this in stock, it would arrive in less than a week so returns, if necessary, could be a little easier to accomplish.But there was no need. The freezer arrived well-packaged, undamaged. Instructions said to let it sit unplugged for a couple of hours to ensure that there were no leaks (I thought that if there were leaks, everything would have leaked out before it got to my house, but, whatever), then plug it in and leave it empty for a day to get to temperature. I did, and everything is fine. It works, it doesn’t clash with the decor of my garage, and keeps my frozen stuff frozen. It’s now a couple of weeks old, so I don’t have a view of its longevity. But it seems fine so far.
