I needed an automatic dispenser for my office. I have seen so many that were electronic and dispense 1 towel at a time. This does the same thing except you just have to manually pull 1 towel out at a time. I find it easier and there are no electronics to go bad. No batteries to replace. No sensors to fail. Yes, there can be mechanical failures. But both can have that. Since the new towel comes down without being touched, it is still clean. No parts to touch after washing your hands. As far as I am concerned, the automatics have more parts that can fail. And they need periodic maintenance/battery changes. This is an excellent dispenser. I have been using it for over a month without problems. I ordered a second for another room after I had tried it out for a while.

Took me less than five minutes to get it up and rolling.We got it for the master bathroom and it’s working great, thinking about getting another one for the daughters bathroom too.We simply love it.

Bought two for an office. Easy to install. Never worry about batteries. Works great for employees and public. Reduces paper waste. Paper is perforated at a good length (Scotts). Liked them so well I bought 6 more for an assisted living building for the public and employee rooms.

The dispenser was a little bulkier than I expected, but was very easy to install on a drywall surface. Good mounting hardware included. I also liked that there is a button verses key option for opening the dispenser to replace the towels. In my application there is no need to lock the unit (and subsequently loose the key) so you can replace the lock with a button which works great for me. Initially there was a lot of towel litter that appeared on the floor, but after the first replacement roll that seems to have disappeared. I only mention this because I contemplated returning the unit due to the mess the little towel bits were creating on the floor. It could have been user error in the way i installed the towels, because subsequent rolls of the same towels tear off cleanly.

Using this in my garage. My other dispenser was a tri fold paper one. Had to keep reloading that one. This one … the roll lasts a LONG time. And the paper is a bit soft, so good for cleaning garage stuff like car windshields etc.I have it hung just outside my garage door where my sink is, so it is in the weather. I wrapped it with clear plastic wrap and it stays dry.

hi to all, i have been looking for product like this for years ! Perfect ! Exactly what I need for my beer bar, one roll lasted for entire month in men’s bathroom, omg its amazing for my business, with all the mess, drunkards and all kinds of shadowy characters, saves tremendously on my labor and cleaning crew. Easy to use, plus the real savings, real money savings ! Just bought another for ladies bathroom after I have thoroughly tested the first one . I needed something that would work with BJ’s rolls and it does. Great product, great item, thumbs up !! ( ps. detailed instructions with pics for initial install would be helpful… )

We got this to install in the room where we keep our litter boxes. We have 3 cats and they can make big messes so it’s very convenient to have this dispenser installed on the wall right where I need them most. Installation was easy – it comes with a piece of paper that you basically hang right where you want the machine to hang and follow the instructions from there. We use the Scott Hard Roll Paper Towels (02068), White, 400′ / Roll, 12 Rolls / Case, 4,800′ / Case as it takes hard rolls with a 1.5 inch core.It’s a bit deeper than we really need it to be as it’s a high capacity unit that holds much larger rolls than we buy. That said, it really doesn’t take up all that much space and is worth the small investment in space to have it where we need it. It dispenses perforated sheets and it’s quick and easy to grab multiple sheets if you need them. It doesn’t require any batteries. This is a simple system that should last a long time.

I was concerned about buying this product because it did not have the pull-handle to dispense the paper. To my surprise, this product is built solid and it makes sense the engineering taught that went into making this product without the pull lever, once you see how it works.Initially, I actually purchased two units just so I could try it out. When I installed those two units and saw how they worked, I quickly placed an order for an additional unit before the promotion was over.Lastly, I was delightfully surprised by the shipping speed. I believe I order this thing on Sunday, and by Tuesday it was already delivered before 9:00am. Besides, it was a free shipping too.

Unit is not going to turn any heads on looks, but it functions really well as a pull type towel dispenser. Possible the towel rolling component will gain more resistance over time, but at least for now it’s very smooth and towel won’t tear on pull as some of the older GP units I have do.
