I’ve had it several months now. I believe the price is well worth what I got in quality and function.I did have to Google to see the feeding of the paper. But not really that hard.The towels they recommend fit and they are pretty thick and comparable to a paper towel. The mechanism functions well and the size cut is nice.I think it would hold up well to commercial use.

I’m loving this dispenser and the dispenser and the Scott Plus+ hard roll towels. What ever you choose, make sure the towel width AND the tube diameter will work in what ever dispenser you choose. The widths and tube diameters vary. They are Not all the same.
