My old girl, 15, is beginning to show signs of arthritis in her rear legs. I thought this would be great to ease her joints with gentle warmth. She absolutely loves the bed and warmed up to it right away. The heating pad adds just the right amount of warmth to keep her extra cozy. She likes it both with the sides up and down. I’m glad I read previous reviews to know the sides aren’t rigid so she can feel more secure. Perfect size for my old girl. I’m sure 2 cats could easily snuggle in there together. I just received this today so will update review at a later time regarding durability of bed and heating pad.

The cat bed came fast and was just as advertised. She is using it every night now and I can rest knowing she is warm during the cold months. The sides raise up some so it can be a little deeper. I liked that. So far I am very happy.

This has been a great docking station – it has the warm, soft interior that makes it hard for a cat to pass by. Charging time is good, as you can see by the second picture – the watch cat is in position and much like a Roomba® it will return when a recharge is needed. Highly recommend.

I purchased this bed for my almost 9 year old male cat who weighs upwards of 18 pounds. He is a bit overweight but also just a really tall cat. He was lap surfing constantly because he was cold and looked so sad when he was left without a lap to sit on. When I first received it he acted like it was going to kill him and wanted absolutely nothing to do with it. I was all set to return it when one morning I looked over and he was asleep in it! By the way, I didn’t turn the heat on at first just so he’d get used to the bed. From that point on he was in it all the time. I know a lot of reviewers were expecting stiff sides but I will tell you that he loves it to move because he can change positions from curled up to more stretched out, which makes the bed go in a more oval shape. The sides stay up when he’s in it enough for him to rest his head on it and watch the world go by. I turned the heat on eventually and he stopped using the bed but once I turned it off he was back in it. He prefers it without the heat, which is okay because it might be nice, warm, and cozy all by itself. I’m super pleased with the bed and it seems like it will last a long time.

I WFH and my cat always sat in the back of my chair and would not stay there if I got out of it. I got this bed, set it up next to my desk on top of a shelf so she was at the same level, and now she is in heaven. Warmth for the her old bones (she is 12) and the winter, plus it is snuggly. She loves to knead it before she settles down. Now she sleeps through my comings and goings in the room and stays off camera for my work meetings.

I bought this for my maltese puppy. So far I have placed her in it after her bath and she stayed inside it for a couple hours. When I took her out she was warm and dry. I am surprised at how warm it feels in spite of the low wattage. She was in a sling and I put her in the bed, sling and all. You can barely see her tiny face in the attached picture. I like this brand of pet warmer beds and have used them for years.

As soon as we put it in his favorite spot our 16 year old elder cat with terminal kidney disease started making biscuits. In no time at all he decided it was a okay and knowing that his sunshine would soon disappear he crawled right in. It’s a big, spacious bed that seems very inviting to felines. I’m sure our 16 year old is going to love the electric heat.

My geriatric cat is in renal failure with anemia, weight loss, and lower core temperature. Being November I have done all I can to prepare to keep him warm. I removed the heating pad and washed the bed on the delicate cycle. Semi-machine dried and finished off drying in the sun. I tested the heat as directed and set the bed on the couch hoping he would eventually try it. He sniffed it and got right in as you can see! I am as happy as can be and as it gets colder he will undoubtedly appreciate it even more. I now have it on the floor sitting on a small sheepskin for added softness since the inside of the bed with heating pad isn’t very cushy.

A stray cat has adopted me but refuses to come indoors (my dogs scare him) he is a wonderful cat so I put my old cat tree under the patio and use this wonderful bed to keep him warm at nite. He stays in it all night. The sides are high enough so you can barely see him when he is in it. I have used the K&H warming pads for several years but because this bed has a zippered enclosure to place the heat pad that means the animal has no direct contact with the plastic of the pad. I bought a second bed for my old chihuahua and she loves to have her old bones warmed.

Both our cats really like this bed! When I was doing my research on it, I could see in the reviews that the floppiness of the bed was a concern and the smallness of the heating unit. My cats didn’t have an issue with either and nor did I. When the heat is activated from the cats weight of lying in it, it puts out plenty of heat throughout the bed. And the soft sides still gives support while also giving them the opportunity to stretch out, not just curl up due to stiffer sides. Leo, Penny and I love this bed! (Truth be told….I have used it as a foot warmer on cold evenings by slipping my feet between the bed bottom and the couch cushion. Very toasty!)
