   I really like the tone of this blush. It looks soft and beautiful. It complements my fair tone nicely without being too much. I love the natural look it gives. It’s also perfect for sensitive skin like mine!

   This comes in a nice outer product box. Ingredients are listed. It is made in the USA. It is cruelty free (leaping bunny certified).It comes in a pretty small compact. The compact is really nice. It has a nice weight to it. The top is white with the brand name on it. The bottom is plain white with a sticker on it that has product info (brand name, name of product, shade name, etc.). The sides of the compact are a gold color. It has magnetic closure. Inside there is a mirror the full size of the lid. The blush has the brand name embossed on it. The blush is a circular pan, so even smaller than the already small compact. It’s odd this is a blush being so small 😂 I’m not used to blushes being in compacts this small. It does fit my blush brush since I use a small blush brush anyways. But, if you’re someone that likes to use a bigger brush for blush, it might be a little small.I got the shade “Barely Rose.” – Let me start by saying, I don’t think this shade will work for anyone who doesn’t have fair, MAYBE fair to light, skin tone. I show a photo of a swatch. I did a finger swatch on my clean forearm (no lotion, primer, etc.). To get it to show up like that, I had to do 2 layers of it.I am very fair skinned, and this blush works for me on days I just want a very light wash of color. It isn’t too pigmented. It is a very light, natural wash of color. It looks like your cheeks just naturally have some color to them. It’s perfect for no makeup, makeup days. It goes on smoothly. It looks smooth, not dry or powdery. It wears well. It lasts well for how light the color is.Overall, I’m really happy with this. It’s the perfect blush for a natural wash of color and for no makeup, makeup days. I’d definitely recommend this blush because the formula is great! Very easy to work with. The compact is very nice and feels and looks really luxe! But, as for the specific shade “Barely Rose,” I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have fair, MAYBE fair to light skin tone. Otherwise, you could probably get it to show up, but it would take a lot of time to build it up.

   So the first ingredient in this blush– synthetic whatsit– sounds super intimidating. But I looked it up and it’s synthetic mica, which from what I could tell from my research, means that it’s mica that’s made in a lab, so it’s less likely to have things like heavy metals or asbestos. The color is silky and not super pigmented. It’s great for someone like me who’s pale and kind of washed out, but not so great if you’ve got a deeper skin tone and are looking for something with a lot of color. I love it, though!

   I really liked the shade of this blush. The color looked very subtle and natural on me (I have fairly light skin with pink undertones). I could layer it if I wanted a more noticeable color, but for me, this has been a nice, everyday shade.

   I am very happy with this blush! The color is nice and it goes on well and doesn’t look fake. The holder is so nice and sturdy and has a magnetic closure. I have used it for a few weeks now and doesn’t even look like I’ve made a dent in it. I see this being extremely long lasting. No breakouts and skin looks great! Also bought Jane Iredale eyeliner and mascara and am equally as happy!

   It’s so awkward buying cosmetics online, isn’t it? The colors don’t look the same in-hand as they do online. I lucked out this time and chose just the right product in just the right shade for me!I have a medium skin tone and chose Barely Rose.This is a sheer, lightweight blush that is also buildable, should you want a deeper shade. I love the compact and brush, and at the rate I’m using it, it’s going to last a very long time. I realize that cosmetics DO have a lifespan, but honestly, I keep the ones I love until they are used up. This blush falls in that category!Bottom line: Quality product at a fair price.    I ordered “barely rose” and it’s probably the best color I have ever found in my life. I have cool skin tones and bleach blonde hair with blue eyes, and this blush looks like the natural color of my face if I get rosy cheeks. I haven’t been able to find a color that is natural like this before, and it gives me a youthful look or just that I have color in my face. It seems to last a long time and it goes on well. I was actually surprised that it’s still on in the evenings as my blush usually wears off quickly. This is definitely something I would reorder once I’m out, but I know it will last a long time. It’s incredibly rare for me to find a makeup item I would actually order again. This is just the natural color my face turns if I blush.
