For most of my dog’s life (5 years) she ate either this or [clear gemstone name] Naturals and she was happy – things were great. She LOVED this food. But the last bag I got, she refused to eat it. My dog is a Pibble and she has never refused any food in her life. She will literally eat *anything* you put in front of her. But not this bag.So now I’m back to getting her the other food. I don’t know what was wrong with the last bag I got, but I’ve lost some trust, so it’s not likely I’ll buy this brand again any time soon.

My boxer iwas having digestive problems with blue Buffalo. Switched it to the iams and now she’s been good ever since . Highly recommend it.

It took me a while to find a dog food for my picky maltipoo. She’s not picky with food but if any food has different shapes or colors in it, she sometimes will only eat certain pieces. She eats all of her food. My other dog was eating a really expensive food (almost $100 a month) because she has sensitive skin. I tried her on this and she doesn’t have any problems with it. So glad both my girls can eat the same food. And Iams is recommended by our vet, so that makes me feel good too.

I decided to switch up the dogs food to the Lamb & Rice after having the chicken flavor in a different high quality dog food brand for years. Haven’t really noticed a change in the dogs eating habits, except the 17 year old. She’s not much longer for this world and we have noticed that she goes and eats a little more often. The dogs have never been healthier.I was buying a different brand and was happy with it, but the price kept increasing almost on a monthly basis. It was on the “subscribe & save” on a monthly basis and each time the price was increased. Sometimes a little, sometimes very noticeable. I looked at other brands and the IAMS was much cheaper.I decided to compare the two brands. The ingredients and the quality of ingredients were nearly identical. I went to numerous websites that studied and reviewed many different brand dog foods and they also mentioned that the food ingredients and quality were nearly identical. Each time these two were always in the top three recommended on every website I visited. IAMS was rated higher slightly more often than the brand I had been buying. And with the significant price difference it was a no brainer.

Love this dog food. My dog has a sensitive stomach, and years ago, my vet recommended this specific brand and flavor. It’s the only food I found that didn’t upset his stomach. I’ve probably given it to my best friend for almost 10 years. Would recommend for sure.

My husky has a sensitive stomach and gets sick when he eats most things – his previous family had him on Taste of the Wild and he did ok, but his stools were almost always loose and yellowish and so much as a a piece of grass would make him sick. My vet suggested trying this food and it’s made a huge difference! His stools are much more normal now, and his stomach isn’t as sensitive when he eats things he shouldn’t, so the fact that the puppy manages to eat some grass or find a dropped crumb on the floor doesn’t have me cleaning up diarrhea the next day. My vet said iams is specifically formulated for Siberian breeds, and many huskies who have sensitive tummies do well on this food. It’s also cheaper than Taste of the Wild, so that helps the wallet!

Our dogs love Iams dog food and with Amazon’s subscribe and save program it has made it so much easier for us to get the right kind of dog food for our dogs. Iam’s beef flavor is the best dog food for our dogs. One of our dogs has an allergy to chicken and it is hard to find a dogfood that does not have chicken of some kind in it. All the ones that do not do not set well with my dogs. Iams is in the only dog food that my dogs love to eat and can eat that does not give them upset stomachs. I highly recommend Iams dogfood. And I highly recommend the subscribe and save program with Amazon.

I have tried everything with my two dogs. Since getting them a year ago, they have had runny stools! They are both BIG dogs, so you can imagine!! Since switching them to IAMS, their stools have returned to normal and I am so thankful! The only problem with this order was that it arrived with the top a little torn and looked like it was opened and then taped shut. This could have happened in the plant as it is a very heavy bag, but still.. I was a little disappointed with the package. The dog food itself is great and my dogs LOVE it!! They just get it dry each day and gobble it up as soon as they get it!

I had bought from this brand before therefore I decided to buy it in amazon since my dog had liked it before. I decided to try a different flavor (lamb and rice) and when my dog tried it he became really sick. He had diarrhea and threw up for 3 days straight but it never crossed my mind once that the food could be spoiled or causing him this sickness. I took the food outside and bought a different one at walmart and when I came back the food was full of ants so I decided to check inside and to my surprise my dogs plate was also full of ants. I always put my dogs food outside and never had it attracted so many ants. I asked my mom if that was normal and she said it may contain some sugar on it. We finally decided to throw the whole bag away. It was my first time having a bad experience with dog food. I dont reccommend.

Switched to this brand for my 3 fur babies from another solely based on price and the fact i know Iams to be a great brand to feed. Because this bag was half the amount of the other brand, I had set it up to get a bag every 6 weeks instead of every 3 months. It has now been 8 weeks of feeding the Iams food and not only am I still on the first bag, but only about 1/4 of it has been fed out. I could not be happier.Here’s why this food is lasting longer. 1st the pieces are small and bit size, about the size of a dime. This makes it perfect for small dogs and also means you can fed less. The other brand was much larger pieces so more was being fed out. 2nd the Iams is a complete food so your fur babies will get what they need in a smaller amount and be happy. Feeding 2 to 3 smaller “meals” to your pet, just like you eat, also helps keep them happy and from being hungry. You can actually see the oil, but not feel it, in this feed which helps their skin and coat. Lastly, the old saying of what goes in must come out is very true. However the better food you fed the less they put out.I am not only saving money, and more than I thought I would, but my fur babies are actually happier and in better shape on this food.
