I gave it a try the other day and it is was what i expected it to be. Just be carefull about the tightening screws damn thing’s are flimsy made. One wrong move with it and im sure it’s gonna break. Overall im satisfoed for the price i paid for it

I use these lights for my game streaming, They provide backlighting for the green screen. I chose these specifically because of their long design. By using the lights in a vertical set up behind and to the side of me, they provide even lighting across the back of green screen ensuring an even covering and good image on the stream. Adjusting brightness is literally as easy as turning a dial. The overall construction of the light is basic and cheap, but still provide good lighting. The body is mostly made of plastic. The stands included are also cheap but work. It is a mix of plastics and light metal tubing. Overally, these are good lights for basic lighting of video or photo production.

This is a nice, powerful, adjustable lighting system, it is light weight and easy to carry and store in the case it comes with. These are very good for lighting background screens or in combination with other lights. The color tone is like daylight, it is not warm. You could probably get creative add a super gel to it to change the color, if you are working on a budget and can’t or don’t want to buy warmer lights.

Before buying these lights I asked a question in the questions section regarding if these lights were good for cam models, however nobody who has cam’d with these light had replied… I was using an umbrella photography spotlight, overhead bedroom light, and a table lamp… I ended up buying these to try for myself… And so here is my advice to you…The day they came I was in the middle of a show, so when break time came I quickly put these together and went back online again… Please keep in mind that in the photo that I have provided with this review, I had quickly put them up and had not really found “my go to spot” for them yet, ya know?The dimmer on these is wonderful, when the knob is turned up, it is so much brighter than I will ever use, when very low, you can get even darker than the video feed that I broadcasted in that night, which just so happens to be in the photo I provided with this write-up…I had both lights on one side of me, one was stationed high and one was low… Next time I will aim a little differently however the photo I provided will show you how good the lights vs shadows will show up on cam….I hope this review helped

I am very impressed how bright the maximum setting is. It is more than what I need to light up my art table for the online video tutorials I create. I even dim down one of the lights. So far I’m super happy with my purchase. I read a number of reviews before purchasing this product. The only negatives I read were that the tripod is light weight and can tip over when the light is attached, and that the dimmer is on the plug which some people found inconvenient. I figured for the price I would try them and I’m not disappointed. You can’t expect heavy duty equipment for this low price, so I’m prepared to compensate by adding a weight to the base.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m an very impressed with these lights. I am a tattoo artist , in my line of work light is very important. I would recommend these lights to anyone . Easy set up . Putting them to the test … will post if I have any issues in functionality

Fellow Actors, If looking for lighting for you self tapes these are a great find. They are small to save you space (in case you don’t have an entire room you can dedicate to self taping), and put out loads of light. You can check out my set up in the photo. Also a photo showing the difference with the lights on the left and without the lights on the right. I used a ring light in both of these pictures, so you can see how the extra lighting really helps.If you are thinking about getting these I recommend it. A definite improvement from those large awkward soft-box lights.
