This thing is as amazing as everyone has said. I only bought the head because I had a dust mop that I rarely use and so was able to use the handle for that. My husband was astounded the first time I demonstrated it for him: with two cats an incredible amount of cat hair came up in just one small area of our fairly new carpet. Gives me a pretty good workout too–and more fun than normal exercise routines because I can see I’m accomplishing something. Maybe I should make a set of exercise DVDs using this and make my fame and fortune.

Just get it now. This thing is MAGICAL. I have used it to get beagle and pit bull hair off of furniture, floors, and rugs. Whatever my vacuum misses, this picks up in spades. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I didn’t buy it before now and every time I have a pet owner over, I do my best Billy Mays impression with it to try to convince them to make their life easier.

We have been fostering a retriever for the last year and thought we had the hair under control. We have a very good pet-grade vacuum, but I was surprised at just how much fur this broom pulled off the rugs! I did buy only the broom head, as multiple reviewers complained about the handle breaking. Find yourself a sturdy handle elsewhere; you’ll need it, as this does take some pressure to use!

This is not a “sponsored” review or anything. BUT THIS THING WORKS!!First, use the rubber squeegee side for your carpets, as other reviews have mentioned. The bristle side doesn’t do much.Second, to anyone saying they’re not getting it to work….it takes A LOT of elbow grease. Push down and pull hard in short strokes towards yourself. It’ll take a while and a couple of water breaks, but it’s definitely worth it.Third, the pictures I’ve uploaded are from after I used this on my whole carpeted apartment, then vacuumed. For reference I vacuumed the whole place a few days ago without using this broom, and I didn’t remotely get this much dust.Even though you will get a big pile of pet hair and dust from just the broom, I recommend that you thoroughly vacuum right after. The broom loosens the dirt and dander from the fibers of your carpet, so this would be the best time to vacuum before it settles back in.Buy it now. Don’t even bother reading those negative reviews. They’re just not trying hard enough. Put the work in and you’ll be satisfied with the results.

I have two dogs. One shed minimally, the other is a German Shepherd mix that sheds wildly. My house has literal hair balls rolling around like tumbleweeds. I tried vacuuming, I tried deshedding shampoos, and still could not get the massive amount of hair on my floors under control. Cue this delightful little invention. The rubber “bristles” pick up EVERYTHING, and the flat part on the back helps me push the hair and collects dust as well, cutting my vacuum time more than in half. If you have a crazy dog that sheds every time they move, you need this.

Great for sweeping rugs as well as floors. I even use it to remove snow from my car and my porch steps. It’s that versatile. The only caveat is making sure you’re using the right width of broom handle or the broom head will keep popping off.

I have two black cats and one big black dog that all shed on my light grey tile. Yes, I know why light grey tile with dark animal hair…it came with the house. I was desperate to find something that was quick and easy to get up the hair between vacuuming. Regular brooms would hang on to the hair and just move it around. This broom was a game changer, it does not build up static so the hair stays where you sweep it. It works for hair, litter, and the squeegee side is great for dust and liquids. The only thing that is a draw back is it does not sweep easily into a dust pan so I use a small hand brush to sweep it in to a dust pan for disposal.

Found this broom while shopping for a traditional broom. I dont have pets but I have long hair and dust bunnies. OMG! Best broom ever! I sweep and mop daily and I had already the morning this arrived, but I had to try it out. It swept up a pile more of hair and fine dust even though my floors were clean. A pile! Now after mopping, I use the edge of this broom to squeegee the water off the floors and they dry instantly. I sweep the outdoor carpet with this broom too and its as easy to push on the carpet as it is on the floor. Super lightweight and easy easy easy to clean and small enough to fit in my pantry, so it’s handy. Sadly, last night I had to pull out the big broom too – the cracks in the sidewalk, outside, where the rocks get stuck; it couldnt get the rocks out, that’s not what it was designed for, but it tried. The other reason for the big push broom is area coverage, this guy is small. Small, but mighty.

We have a rustic walk-in shower. My daughter bought one of these for us for all of the dog hair our fur-kids love to share and we discovered that it is great to use for the squeegee function, in the shower. We weren’t crazy about the bright yellow handle in our shower, so we bought just the head and put it on a branch for a handle. It fits in perfectly. I’m sure you could care less about the “decor review”; more importantly it is very good at what it does, you won’t be disappointed, especially if you have lots of dog hair to deal with.

My dog and I shed like crazy. All that hair (mine especially) gets tangled up in the vacuum brush. Not good for suction power. This is the perfect solution. I briskly “sweep” the hair off the carpet and toss the hairball. Then I can vacuum the carpet without stopping every room to remove the hair monster on the brushes. The time it takes to sweep up the hair is less than the time to detangle the brushes, and my vacuum does a better job without all that hair in the way.
