   My wife really enjoyed this stuff for the babies. By enjoyed I mean she even hinted that she wanted to use it for our clothing also, which if you knew her and how she disregards the suggested amount and atleast triples it you would know I would never financially recover from such behavior. Anyways, back to the reason for this post.. To my knowledge we have only ordered this online once. As stated above this is 50oz (2 pack). Around 100 oz, but take my word for it you will be flabbergasted and swear it’s atleast 80 gallons after the fed ex driver slam dunks the box containing this on the front porch to only come home to a while heaping mountain of spilled dreft all over the front porch. I’m talking 6’ deep detergent on the porch. So be cautious with what items you order at the same time, because you guessed correct. Everything else had drowned a slow painful death in the dreft as it slowly seeped all over kingdom come. Other than that great product.

   I came here to write about the scent, and I am laughing because so many people dislike the scent ! But I LOVE IT!My baby is not born yet, but being type A , I’ve been washing clothes already for him. My first thought was how much I loved the scent . It is very clean and fresh. It made the entire house smell great! I wish Tide, Gain, etc. kept a strong smell like Dreft does.As for skin sensitivity, I cannot comment on that because baby Z isn’t born until March.

   Best baby washing liquid I’ve used.Pros:+ the scent is so wonderful. It just takes me back to my child being a newborn.+ the pros cleans stained clothes pretty easily and effectively.+ the bottles are smaller so you’re not lugging around a big bottle of detergent if you wash clothes outside your home.Con:- make sure you spray n wash tough stains because this detergent doesn’t get all stains out (e.g. poop stains)

   We lovebthis stuff; it keeps baby’s clothes clean and gets them smelling great, just like a baby should. None of my kids have ever had a reaction to this stuff. I’ve even found myself washing our regular towels with this detergent from time to time because they always come out feeling soft and smelling great. I purchased these as part of a lightening deal and knew that the price couldn’t be beat, although I’m not sure how they compare to other suppliers when at full cost. The packaging was good for these; they were tightly packed in a box, inside another box, and mine didn’t have any leaks like I see some of the other reviews mention.

   I have a nearly adult kid who gets hives from everything. EVERYTHING. When she was a baby we had to bring a blanket washed in Dreft with us everywhere to lay on people who wanted to hold her so their clothes didn’t touch her skin. I have tried every scent-free dye-free laundry detergent out there and ended up back at Dreft every time. Even when used sparingly it does a good job cleaning the clothes, and I put a tiny bit directly on stains to get them out. Save yourself from coating your kid in calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream and switch to Dreft.

   I first used this product over 22 years ago when I had my first baby. It smells good and its great for sensitive skin types. So when my oldest had her first baby I bought her this bundle package and she loves it. This is a perfect gift for first time parents or even veterian moms and dads. We all know not every kind of soaps or detergants are good for babies skin, but i will say my family and friends haven’t had any bad reactions to this product yet on their baby’s skin.

   I purchased this detergent for my last son when he was born and he never had a skin reaction. I will be using this for my next baby, I am currently pregnant with as well. My babies were extremely allergic to the Huggies newborn diapers, so they do have sensitive skin. I think sometimes people get milk reactions confused with detergent reactions. Sometimes the formula or the things we eat can make the baby sensitive to even breast milk. I have baby #7 on the way…. this is the best I have found so far

   Yes, they changed the scent. No, it doesn’t smell like air freshener or chemicals. I actually like the scent. Its a light fresh floral. Reminds me of a lighter version of the downy unstoppable beads, (fresh scent the blue one.) While I do prefer the soft baby powder scent of the old dreft, this works just as well. Delicate on my littles skin. Will continue to buy. My order was also packaged very efficient and tight, no spills.

   My family does not normally seek out products like this, but when our newborn was getting rashes and had cradle cap we needed a sensitive option even beyond the detergent we were already using (arm and hammer sensitive).This product does everything it advertises and we love it. The scent is fresh and aided with clearing up his rashes. If you are looking for more options for lotions and soaps and reading these reviews, we also loved Happy Cappy brand products which we used in conjunction with this laundry soap to completely resolve the issues that even RX creams were not solving.

    This is definitely a must have when having a baby! When you have to do laundry pretty much every day and doing laundry for a baby with sensitive skin this is perfect. And the smell is AMAZING, makes me wants to wash my own clothes with it lol
