These things have been great for me. Seriously one the best 15ish I’ve probably ever spent. Wood dust and shavings could be falling all around me like snow, and it wouldn’t bother me with these goggles. Which, if you’re using a band saw or a router without a vacuum attached, it probably will. Comfort is pretty high, but nothing will feel amazing if you wear it for 5 hours straight. You should definitely take these off and take a break every 25-30 minutes or so. Failure to do so will result in some pretty harsh lines across your face. I wear them with a half face respirator and full ear protection. Probably look like I’m walking out of Chernobyl with my full setup. But it all feels pretty comfortable with the goggles.Amazon was being pretty funny and asked me about sun protection. These do NOT protect from the sun. unless you buy the model that has the UV protection insert. This one does not have that.not too sure about scratch resistance. If you treat your equipment with care, you won’t have to worry about it. They will most definitely fog up if you wear them for a while and its warm outside. So keep that in mind.

I purchased these safety google for two reasons.REASON ONEI wear glasses and based on the reviews many individuals have stated they have no problems wearing glasses with these goggles, and now I can too can confirm these safety goggles are glasses friendly.REASON TWOThe seal around the eyes. If your working on any projects where dust particles is an issue you want something that will seal around your eyes so particles do not contaminate your eyes, and these safety goggles did the trick for me.IF YOU DON’T WEAR GLASSESIf you do not wear glasses, don’t worry, these goggles are pretty compact despite having adequate room for glasses.FIT / SEALThe seal around the eyes is soft and will not cut into / mark your skin. I wore these goggles for about three hours continuously today and basically forgot I had them on and did not experience marking on my face after I removed them.CONCLUSIONDespite the compact form factor, these safety goggles are glasses friendly, they provide an adequate field of view, they will seal around your eyes thus reducing the likelihood of particle contamination in the eyes, and last, they are very comfortable.****** Please let me know if this review was helpful by clicking the “Helpful” button below*****THANK YOU!

I like spicy food, as do most of my family members. So I spend a fair amount of time finding new and interesting ways to incorporating them into my cooking. One of the things I love doing the most is making spicy pickled peppers. However, processing a large amount of spicy peppers (like habaneros and scotch bonnets) comes with the drawback of releasing large amounts of capsaicin into the air. (It’s essentially like using pepper spray as your air freshener!) I bought these goggles to help me survive my canning adventures and this one did the trick! Once secured, it does its job well, and even fits over my glasses if I’m not wearing contacts. (Although it is more comfortable without my glasses underneath, but easy to get past once you’re situated.)Not the conventional use for this kind of eye wear, but if you’re looking for goggles for pepper prep, or even chopping onions, this is definitely a winner!

Needed goggles that would go over glasses. My friend recommended these. I was skeptical. First use they did the job with no complaints. Fit perfectly over my glasses with no gaps. I sanded some foam and worbla. None of it got under the goggles. Extremely happy, especially for the price.

I used these at work with 3m n95 for eye protection nearly continuously. I was able to use purple cleaning wipes (pdi) for decomination followed by Zeiss lens wipes to clean the lenses. The strap makes it easy to doff as well. For aerosolizing procedures, I used a face shield on top of this for double protection. They also tolerated further cleaning in a uv light machine. They are also one of the more photogenic pieces of ppe during the pandemic. I received numerous compliments about the goggles. So far these have been a true workhorse. Of note, these are not tested for healthcare or for coronavirus – but I used what I could get. Thank you Dewalt for protecting my eyes during this unprecedented time! Stay safe everyone!

I bought this because I’m working as an ICU nurse caring for COVID19 patients only. This has helped me tremendously in protecting me from anything entering my eyes. Positioning is important to prevent fogging, because they could fog up. I usually tape the top of my N95 to my face and this prevents my breath from getting inside the goggles. No goggles are perfect but these are the best I’ve found, they even work better than the face shields that we were given and I actually find the shields fogging up a lot more than these goggles.

These are fabulous eye protection. I use it for my allergies. They are great for their intended use too: safety. I just got these and they are great. I wear wide glasses and they fit nicely over my glasses. I can’t really feel any difference with or without my glasses on. The rubber or whatever it is that makes contact with your face is very soft and comfortable. My riding mower kicks up a lot of dust and debris. I also wear protection over my face so I won’t inhale junk I’m allergic to. I bough a motorcycle face protector on Amazon. Even when wearing the face protector the goggles don’t fog up. Finally I can have face and eye protection together on my mower.There’s not any distortion to your vision and you have a good 180 degree field of view. The smoked lens has a great level of tint. These will work in the sun and shade nicely. I’m really glad I bought these.

Just what I needed. I purchased these safety glasses to use as shooting glasses. I have several pair of regular eyeglass-type shooting glasses but the ear rest stems all irritate and hurt my ears when I have them on for extended periods of time. The hearing protection muffs push the ear rest stems into the side of my head as well as compressing my ears against them. After a while it really starts to irritate and hurt. I went looking at sport goggles but the field of view is a little too restricted for my taste. A good pair are also somewhat expensive. These DeWalt safety glasses are very comfortable and fit quite well. Mine were delivered this morning and I only had them at the range for a short period of time. I don’t know how well the anti-fog properties are as I did not wear them long enough but I find out next week and I’ll update my review accordingly. The only nit I have was figuring out how to adjust the headband straps. They come new with the straps set for a somewhat smaller sized head (probably not an adult size). Like most straps one would think to release the tension on the strap and pull it open. Nope that doesn’t work. What you have to do is pull the side of the strap that goes around your head “across” towards the other side of the glasses. In another words parallel to the front of the glasses. It slides fairly easy so just pull a little from each side until you get the length you need. These are nicely made safety glasses that are quite comfortable.
