   The media could not be loaded.  I own every type of cat brush that exists because keeping a long haired cat from matting is a daily job. She is not a huge fan of being brushed but she loves the soft bristle side of this brush!! It reminds me of the TikTok videos where they suggest a wet toothbrush because it’s like their mother’s licking them. She can’t get enough of this brush on her face and neck. I’d already been brushing her for 15min when I decided to video for a review. Been using it for a month now and it’s not going to help get thru mats or knots but used regularly it can help prevent those from happening. The metal side prongs are too long for my purposes but for a dog with a thick coat I could see it being useful.

   I give this brush five stars primarily because my cat loves it! She even comes and asks to be brushed. Previously she had to be bribed with a treat at the end and there were body parts that were strictly off limits. Now she even lets me take a swipe at her belly from time to time. The other reasons for the five stars are that this brush is actually sized for a cat. Many say they’re for cats but are probably meant for small dogs and don’t fit the hills and valleys of a cat. Finally, this brush removes as much fur as a furminator, which my cat would not tolerate.

   My little kitty was afraid of the brush at first which happens with anything new introduced. Once she investigated on her own and grazed her cheeks against the bristles she fell in love with it. both sides really make her purr.

   With one stroke of this brush, my cat was flopped on the floor asking for more. He rolled onto his back wanting even his belly brushed. This is a great brush, according to my cat who loves brushing. I highly recommend it. I got it as a spare, because we have four cats, and one who just needs brushing as much as he can get it. It’s a wonderful way to give your cats attention, and to remove loose fur from their coats and to help prevent cat hair from going all over your home.

   I have a rescue who is quite skittish who sheds a lot, and I’ve had a hell of a time trying to keep her brushed. I previously bought one of the top-selling brushes on Amazon that ended up being quite large. Every time I tried to use it she would flinch and run away, even after buttering her up with her favorite treats. But with this brush, maybe because of its size, she doesn’t get startled by it at all.This brush is quite small but it picks up the fur well, both my cats seem to love the way it feels and will tolerate me brushing for up to 10 minutes at a time. It’s comfortable to hold and I can get into the harder to reach areas like their armpits and under their chin quite easily. Makes the other brush I bought feel like a total waste of money.

   My cat used to be very so-so about getting brushed. He didn’t dislike but he wouldn’t stay around for more than a few minutes. I decided to try a new brush and got this one after reading tons of reviews. I’m not sure what it is about this brush but my cat absolutely loves it!! I think he would be okay with it if I just continued brushing him forever. He really likes the soft side and the wired side! My only complaint is that the soft side is hard to clean the hair off, but that was to be expected. He now sits by his brush and meows asking to be brushed! It’s become a part of our daily routine and he sheds so much less now!

   We love this brush! My kitty chews it while I brush him and I don’t have to worry because it is wooden. This brush has really helped me teach him to enjoy being groomed.

   I don’t know what it is about this brush, whether it’s the shape, longer tines or what, but it gets mountains of hair off of my cat. I’ve used quite a few other brushes but this one is the most effective. It’s not double sided, just single side with pins. I ordered another one.

   This brush is amazing! I love it and my cats do, too. The photo shows all the excess fur from five of my cats on the first brushing. I’m very pleased and also happy about the environmental considerations in the production of these brushes. I ordered three to have all over the house so wherever a cat settles on my lap, I can offer a superior grooming and help reduce the formation of mats and hairballs, too.

    Great item I love burts bees products. My cat that even hates to be brushed tolerates this brush they like the soft end for brushes and the other end for scratches lol very impressed with this product
