I bought a medium sized squirrel and rabbit for my 25lb terrier mix, Mylo. I inserted a water bottle in both and he just went to town crunching, and squeaking, and throwing the toys about. He absolutely loved them! I also bought water bottle squeaker caps off of Amazon and I swear the toys became 10x more fun for Mylo! This is the first time in the year I’ve had him, that I’ve seen him actually pounce on toys.I highly recommend these toys, but you have to use the water bottle (not really, but it makes it more fun!)Be careful though. I don’t know yet how durable these are.

Someone who has dogs must of designed this toy! This toy is designed to put an empty water bottle in and I have bought similar items like it. BUT this one is FAR SUPERIOR! I have a 3 month old Labrador retriever and he is extremely rambunctious. On the other toys he in a matter of minutes pulled the bottle out and chewed off the bottle lid which is where the squeaking noise came from. The toy was not near as fun after that. But this duck bottle toy has TWO squeakers inside the head and the tail so he can’t rip it out. Best of all it has a Velcro closure where the bottle is inserted so he can’t rip the bottle out. The person that designed this sure had their thinking cap on! I definitely am buying more of these!

Virginia, 2020. Dingo here. Coronageddon has trapped us in the house for months now, and all the toys have long become tidbits of chewy memories. As the Big Truck pulls in the driveway, I howl with excitement. Another human has breached the parameter and I must engage. He appears to be running, so my bark is working. What’s that in his hand? A box? Hooooowl!! Why is mom going to the door? I must follow. Yep. Open the door, mom. Good mom! Hurry and open it!Mom opened the box. Guess what was in it? *SKWEEEEEEK*IT WAS A DUCK! Must wiggle! Must find SKWEEK!Dingo is a happy boy! I love my SKWEEK!A note from Dingos human:Dingos duck lived through being chewed, bounced, snuggled, thrown, and skweeked-and is now Lucy’s, as Dingo loved her so much, he gave her his favorite toy.

I bought this duck on a whim since my dog loves chewing up water bottles. And he LOVES this thing! He prefers it with a bottle inside but likes to make it squeak when without a bottle as well. He did rip a foot off the first day which was easy enough to sew back on. Now, if our dog sees you’re nearing the end of a water bottle, he leaves and comes back with his duck. Very cute! I’d definitely buy this again since the price is so reasonable and the dog loves it!

While I gave it 5 stars, I will say it depends on the dog. It’s two pieces of cloth with a squeaker inside. If a dog wanted to tear up & the goal was to spring the squeaker, I guess it wouldn’t be hard over time. The stitches are tightly sewn. Our ChiWeenie loves his toys & likes to carry around several at once. He’s a “his toy” hoarder .. LOL .. I have gotten him more than one of this type of toy & he loves them all. He has no desire to try to tear it apart. It just easily fits in his mouth, easy to carry, and fun to squeak then lay on.

My beagle is a chewer. More of a chewer than my pitbull ever was. He will go through anything like this in one night, possibly two, so I can’t really fairly give these toys a bad rating for durability, longevity, etc. We all know they don’t last and thinking you’ve finally found the chew toy to defy physics is a pipe dream. That being said, the addition of an empty water bottle inside definitely slows him down a bit and thrills him to no end. He doesn’t care much for squeakers but the crackling sound makes him deliriously happy and biting into it makes his eyes roll back into his head like a feeding shark. When I give my him one of these we go on a Journey together of our own making. It’s an actual project for him to tear this thing apart while I witness his success lol. The mediums are actually big enough to play tug of war without losing a finger (as opposed to some I’ve had from other companies). The mediums range between 15 and 18 inches. If you have a less-intensive chewer these will last much longer but Cooper will go through an entire bar of yak cheese in under twenty minutes so prepare for your mileage to vary.Luckily for me he normally spits out the pieces instead of trying to swallow them but I still supervise anyway due to it being fabric, so if you’re trying to give yourself a little peace and quiet this is not the toy you’re looking for. I gave up looking for that a long time ago, so if you’ve got suggestions I’m ready for them! But your dog will be over the moon to spend time with you playing with this toy. Especially if you squeak and crackle the crap out of it and throw it down a long hallway while screaming. Don’t judge! More exercise than you’d think for your dog (while you sit on your tired butt). As far as quality goes, the stitches are strong enough that it’s easier for him to rip the fabric than the thread (which is excellent – threads are the more dangerous part). There are no funny smells and it has the same quality as a kid’s stuffed toy (without the stuffing). Get them, enjoy them for what they are and realize there are no dog toys in the world that will last his lifetime. Nor will they keep his interest that long. If you’re willing to endure a handful of slobbery fake fur you can both have a good time bonding with this. Have fun out there!

This review may not be very accurate as to durability of this dog toy. My Granddog has decided that this toy is her baby. She kennels with it, sleeps on her bed with it, but never plays rough with it. She’s 3 years old and this is the second baby I have gotten for her. I originally had gotten the smaller one, but after 3 years it’s sort of fallen apart with the slobber and dragging around.

Barrett loves toys and begs for time with this one. I put squeakers in it, tennis balls and water bottles to keep him thinking. His rotten brother learned to stand on the toy and rip it apart. Porterhouse ruined the fun until I did some stuffy trauma surgery.

My dog loves ducks. Anything ducks. She loves to destroy them and even if it’s t the same toy in different animals she always goes for the ducks. This one on the left in the picture is this duck in the small size. The one on the right I bought at Marshall’s and I’m going to assume it’s the large size. They hold up for quite a long time. I bought a leather duck at a specialty shop and spent a fortune on it, she had it shredded in a couple hours. These cheap little ducks here are holding up for months. Mind you the big one is missing one squeak and there is a hole in the bottom she uses to turn the duck inside out, I dunno she’s weird. But they aren’t in a million pieces so 5 stars from me!

He loved it… He would run all the house with the duck. I ordered the Large size. It is large for him to carry…He loves that. He loves to squeak the ducks head. My puppy and dog likes the play tug of ear… It is stretches…. I love the thickness of the duck…very good quality…. not cheap… This is my puppies new favorite best friend…. Little duck…. I would buy this item again because my little puppy loved it so much…. I have never seen him so happy… He has had lots of toys but this is his favorite one…. I was going to wait till Christmas but I just couldn’t wait to see him playing with it…. He is in duck heaven 😊 I would give this duck a 10++
