I actually “cut the cord” to my cable provider in Dec 2018. I moved in summer of 2019 to a large city and I was using an antenna that was old. When I ordered this, I thought my son would have to install it, nope, I’m 77 and I installed a new sound bar for the TV and this antenna. Easy-peasy. Great reception and if I can install it so can you. A few minutes and you have TV.

Let me start off by saying I just spent 4 days working with 3 tv’s and 4 different antennas. I bought an RV and it came with an antenna that doesn’t work well. So i bought 3 totally different antenna’s to see which one worked the best with my RV. This little item was a total surprise. The antenna that came with my camper mounted on the roof would only receive 7 channels. To make it easy I started by hooking up the 3 new antennas one at a time first inside the RV and then outside the RV. One antenna which I bought somewhere else I don’t have a link for but it got 14 channels inside and 23 channels outside. Second this antenna https://amazon.com/gp/product/B07YN62TM1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 got 7 channels inside and 10 channels outside. Third this little antenna got 23 channels inside and 63 channels outside. I was totally amazed at the difference and really disappointed the biggest antenna I bought, the link above was only slightly better than the antenna that came on the camper. The old saying don’t judge something based on it’s size totally apply’s to antennas. I have no idea how this little antenna works as well as it does but it was a total surprise. So I have to give this antenna 5 stars for my use. I have mounted this antenna to the mast that holds the antenna the camper came with, which is now unconnected, with just 4 plastic wire ties.

Well maybe the third time is the charm. Decided to cut the cable cord couple of years back,the first antenna I bought did OK but the signal would come and go, recently purchased a better flat panel type antenna which came with a stand, it did a little better but had to tie the two together with a coax splitter to strengthen the signal but still had to constantly adjust to maintain reception.So did a web search on OTA antennas and decided to give the Model AN-5008 indoor outdoor digital TV antenna a try, based on the new circuitry it incorporates, it’s an indoor outdoor model,and from the description it showed a 33 foot coax cable that illustrated it was a way better built / constructed coax type cable.There’s only one location in my apartment by the sliding glass door where I can receive reception,OTA channel strength can vary so far it’s achieved 34 channels and the picture / reception receive is stable and constant.I have an older model flat screen TV, pre smart TV technology, which has a USB connection to provide power for the antenna.From my first impression and for sure based on the other two antennas I tried, I give this antenna 5 stars, and so far have to say if or when I need another antenna this is the one I will purchase.Unless they come out with an even better model, but so far, for me, this one seems to be working great.

We live 30+ miles from the closest city and towers. This is a much higher power antenna then the flat ones that are less expressive. The picture quality is very clear and we’re getting more local channels than ever before.

We just got rid of our satellite dish and so were looking for a strong indoor antenna… not easy because it’s hilly where we live and we have a metal roof on our house. The first model I tried (and returned) only picked up 105 channels but this one reached 172!! Amazing for out here! Very happy with this small but powerful antenna!

I went through a multiple and a variety of antenna styles and quality. But this antenna is by far the best. I receive more channels now than I ever did before in my life on my journey to get the best signal quality , picture and quantity of channels. I always received alot of channels before but the picture was terrible the signal was poor I ended up with no tv programs. Now I get the best picture quality crystal clear picture absolutely no pixelations and a ton of crystal clear channels that I can watching continuously and comfortably. Before it was impossible to get good programming but now with the 33 foot cord the amplifier and the convenience to be able to place the antenna where ever I get the best signal is a definite plus. I live in a tiny bungalow with alot of huge buildings surrounding me completely and there are many tall trees around me too I dont believe I’m in the best position to get a good signal quality but I do believe I’m in the worst. Signal strength or amount was never a problem in this house. I get plenty of signal the problem was always the quality of signal I receive. I really don’t have any major obstructions in the house but are some like walls and electronics. I do have interference with appliances and wi-fi. But now with this antenna being so highly transportable and with the wide variety of choices I have to set up this antenna theres nothing preventing me from getting the absolute best quality signals. I have been searching for the right converter box and antenna for quite some time. I have explored many avenues on my venture for great t.v.. I finally feel and believe and know that my quest is definitely over. Being on a mission for free best t.v. was never easy but I can finally rest knowing that for many years to come I will have the greatest t.v. ever mission accomplished no more channel hunting and wrestling with any other product ever again. I get all my favorite channels which I never got before and the best part is I get them all at the same time consistently with crystal clear picture. I believe because the antenna reaches so far out that where ever the signal I definitely catch it. I cant say the quest for t.v. has been easy. I have been grinded to the ground. I am thankful that antennas do exist. So I can say goodbye to cable and cable for a long long time. I guess in the end I win.Whoever says the best things in life arent free is terribly terribly mistaken. I worked hard and now I’m going to enjoy all favorite programs for a really long time and with absolutely no cost to me. Thanks so much I can now rest, relax, and simply enjoy with all favorite crystal channels all at once. And another the antenna is powerful I get no interruptions. Me and my boyfriend can finally enjoy a steady program and just programs but programs I like too. I have these in bedroom and I’m so impressed because now both my bedroom and living has great programming as a matter of fact I was so impressed I bought a 3rd one for my guest bedroom. The anticipation is great. Now I’ll have great in every room of my house and so will my guests.

We have finally decided to cut the cable!!!!! We purchased this antenna for our 50″ smart TV. We are using it indoors and it is situated on a shelf above our TV. We did move it several times until we got the most clear stations. After several attempts we ended up with 43 channels. Some are broadcast in HD (PBS, CBS, NBC & a host of others). We get those 3 local channels with many others such as COZI TV, COURT TV, JUSTICE, MYSTERY, LAFF, ESCAPE, GRIT, COMET TV, ANT TV, BEACON, BOUNCE, GET TV, QUEST, etc. We really like this antenna because it has a stand and can be placed anywhere verses the flat sheet antennas that have to be secured to a wall or window with adhesive. It was extremely easy to install and we are pleased with it.
