Was easy to install. Took less than two minutes

We purchased this to replace identical one that we thought was broken. We ordered two and the first one did not work. Installed the second one and it worked. Discovered that there was debris in the valve. The soap dispenser was flushed with water and it now works fine. I suspect the one we thought was broken was clogged and we tossed it. Oh well. These work just fine and recommend if you are considering purchasing. They come with everything you need to mount on the wall.

It’s a pretty durable product, holds a good amount of soap, has a good finish, but the provided support bracket is not suitable for installation as is. I needed to make a spacer for the bracket to work. Otherwise just as advertised
